NMT Stands for Neuro-Muscular Transmission. This relates to the person as a whole, encompassing the mental, emotional, and physical parts of the person. The actual treatment itself is gentle movements of the muscles to release physical and emotional tension that has been stored in the body, and my role as the therapist to to help release the emotional storage and physical pain. The hour treatment includes an initial consultation, the physical treatment itself, and feedback that can be used as a time for counselling if the reason for a treatment is emotional or psychological.

It is bespoke to YOUR needs, so if you want a physical pain fixing, an emotionally focused treatment, a combination of the two, or just a way to de-stress and relax, it is completely up to you.

Physical:
Muscular-skeletal impact or sports injuries, back pain, arthritis, migraines, digestive issues, swollen ankles, general muscle pain, shin splints, sciatica, and alleviating discomfort for those in wheelchairs or diseases that infringe movement.
