Great service from a good team. I found Ben in particular to be extremely helpful and always kept me up to date with everything happening during my home purchase through Brookbanks. Buying a house can be very tricky when you are not used to all the procedures involved, but Ben's support was nothing short of excellent and I would be more than happy to use their services again.

Having spent over a year trying to buy a house with other Estate Agents, I found Richard and Ben at Brookbanks to be exceptionally helpful during my purchase. Communication between each party was seamless and everyone was aware of where they stood. If I was every unable to contact either Richard or Ben, I knew I was definitely getting a call back as soon as possible. Overall, I feel that Brookbanks enabled me to have a stress free buying process.

Nice people, fast service, despite being busy. Once we entered a lease agreement with them, and there was a problem with our heating, we had an engineer here within a half hour. I seriously recommend them for anyone who would like to buy or a rent a home.
