On such scorchingly beautiful summer days Peppermint essential oil is indispensable.
* Dab on to tissue or cotton ribbon and hang around windows and doors to keep flys and bugs away. (Spiders hate it!)
... * Dilute into your bath to provide a cooling effect after a long day in the sun.
* Blend with base cream or lotion to make a chilling body cream
* You can also put a few drops on the grass out in the sun and let the sun heat the oil and fill the air around you with the fresh scent of cool mint. Spa garden, anyone??
