Went in to pick up a replacement spoke, only cost me a quid. The gentleman who served me was knowledgeable and talked me through how to replace it. All of the above for the same price as a Lucozade, what more can you ask for.

Needed to chase down a recurring creaking on the bike. Had the bottom bracket replaced, greased / torqued up all the other bolts. Noise completely gone. Very quick turnaround; sensible price; lots of helpful advice; really friendly. The ideal local bike shop.

I have faith in the human race............left my bike with the apprentice who bollocked my brakes up.When the manager returned from holiday he went through the bike replacing the rear hub free of charge and also reimbursed the cash what the bleeding of the brakes cost me (£25) top banana and thanks again.

I've had completely the opposite experience from the person below. I haven't bought a bike from the shop and the service has been very good. This includes popping in for small queries and niggles - that's the reason I went back.
