Brookfield is a thriving and vibrant learning community of around 1, 704 students supported by highly committed teachers and support staff. The school occupies a popular residential position on the western edge of Fareham.
The tree-lined pathways linking our well-equipped school buildings, together with our extensive playing fields and attractive open spaces, create an ideal learning environment.
At Brookfield the ever increasing range of opportunities on offer enable our students to develop in confidence as they explore diverse and challenging activities in and outside the classroom.
Everyone who visits the school is struck by our warm, friendly atmosphere. In this dynamic and supportive environment students broaden their horizons, raise their aspirations and become valued members of the community. Brookfield may be a large school but the experience of the individual is at the heart of everything we do. Our established House system naturally creates a strong sense of belonging and a smaller scale for all daily activities. This ensures that each student is encouraged and supported at every stage of their school life.

Congratulations to Gabby achieving 4th place in English Schools' Athletic Association for Shot Put. A fantastic achievement!
Well done to @BrookfieldSch student, Todd, who tried for the regionals in Wheelchair Basketball and has been offered a place on the team. He is due to play at the regionals in London in August!

Well done to @BrookfieldSch student Geno, who last weekend competed in rounds 3 & 4 of the GBR National dry slope ski series U14 Boys at Pontypool. Geno secured 3rd place in round 3 & 2nd place in round 4 & competes in round 5 in Gloucester this weekend which is last in the series. Geno has also been selected to represent Snow Sport South in the National Inter Regional Championships. Good luck Geno!
Well done to @BrookfieldSch student, Aidan, who has achieved a National standard javelin throw of over 47.56m which currently puts him 6th in the UK rankings in the U15 age group. It’s just a shame he broke his elbow whilst doing so that has meant he cannot compete in the National competitions.
