We have stayed at Brooklands for 7 years in a row now. It’s become a bit of an Easter tradition and our latest stay did not disappoint! Fab hotel, lush cocktails, lovely staff and amazing food! Ask Tony for a special cocktail and be entertained by his bar skills! Track side rooms are a must as you can watch (and hear) the AMG’s do their thing!! Look forward to seeing you guys next year!!

Staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. A great experience all round from room, bar, restaurant and spa. Reception very attentive to your needs. Brooklands claims to want to ‘make your day’ and they really mean it! Would love to return.

Just returned back from a lovely 2 night break. Dinner was included on one night of our package and the food was amazing- staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you. Totally recommend �

I’m only going on the food experience so the five star based on that alone. An empty plate always tells a story. The staff were very pleasant and courteous, a must for the more demanding a client.



It is situated a touch out of the way but I’d encourage an Uber to enjoy the fine wine on offer. Of course not forgetting the neat little touch of a celebration shot. Well done for that.



Impeccably clean, well managed and customer service clearly at the fore. Will I visit again? Yes, I’ll probably book in as a guest just to see if the rest of the service is on par which I’m sure it is.

Had a fantastic two nights here, the staff were amazing, upgrading our room & adding a few special touches for my husband’s birthday. The whole experience was awesome. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Excellent day at Brooklands Spa and Restaurant. Delicious salad lunch - with great chips!! Then head massage, followed by open air hot jacuzzi on the balcony and a short sunbathe. Off to the sauna and steam rooms. A divine - really! - lifting eye treatment and then treated ourselves to cocktails in their friendly bar.

Visited brooklands on 25 may 2018 for my 30 birthday with my fiancé 2 spa treatments each full use of facilities including hot tub provided slippers and robes 3 course dinner and they surprised me with a birthday pudding engraved happy birthday and also a buffet breakfast we were also upgraded to a track facing room lovely rooms and good shower lovely staff had the best time defo recommended and would return

Overall a great experience. Staff on reception are friendly and attentive. Room was absolutely spotless so praise to house keeping. Shower in the room was amazing too, pressure was strong and didn't go hot and cold on me which I find happens in most hotels. The breakfast was delicious too and restocked frequently.



Only things that I could find fault with are small minor things and wouldn't effect me returning at all... such as one of our robes was quite stained, the bathroom has a function for audio but could not work out any way to use this? Lamp on the desk wasn't working so made getting ready a little awkward as the lighting wasn't great. The room key kept deactivating despite not being near a phone or other devices - 4 times I had to have it reset and two of those times was whilst in robes for the spa so I felt embarrassed standing in reception but staff sorted it quickly and one accompanied me to the room to double check the lock wasn't faulty. I think I'm just bad luck!



We had cream teas booked but service was slow and not very attentive to start with, we were left with no milk and after 10 minutes received our scones after thinking they'd forgotten. If we had been told they were on their way it would have been no bother but we would have liked to enjoy the prosecco whilst eating the cream teas but were left waiting. However it was all delicious so overall a good experience.



Spa - I think other people may have thought the steam wasn't working during their stays as it is SO dark in there. I've never seen a steam room so dark, it was a little unnerving as you couldn't see across the steam room, but the steam was definitely working and was great. Also at one point there was a huge mountain of towels stacked up which made the place look messy. Hot tub was amazing overlooking the track.





Overall a lovely break away and would recommend to friends and family and will certainly return in the future! Some minor issues as above but nothing that made our stay any less pleasant overall!

Myself and a friend booked a spa day here and we both had a lovely day. Lunch was included and was delicious! My reason for 4 star rating is because the lady on reception (front of house) was not very helpful, the steam room wasn’t working and we were disappointed to find out on our arrival that there was no swimming pool. Other than that we had a lovely relaxing day and both enjoyed a lovely facial and cranial massage.

My first time at a spa and massage. Really enjoyed the experience, but not really got anything to compare it with. Drinks a bit expensive but I suppose that goes with the experience.

Lovely hotel food was excellent and although we had a problem with our room (minor) hotel dealt with immediately and gave us complimentary bottle of prosecco brilliant customer service team. Only criticism is think check in time late to enable you to use the facilities. Would definitely revisit

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. The drinks are quite expensive and we were disappointed that the spa only had the one hot tub which had people queuing to go in. Other than that it was a very nice place and the overall experience was a good one. Well definitely visit again 👍🏻

I have been going to the Brooklands Hotel for years and have done full and half day Spa’s at the Brooklands which have been very nice. But they have just started a new policy of not letting you have a robe if you are there for just one treatment which I do think is penny pinching. I was there for an 80 minute massage and then had lunch in the hotel restaurant with a friend so did spend quite a bit of money on this visit. Next time I might have to look elsewhere as this has taken away the special experience feel it did have there.

Been here a few times now for car things on the track,

I do like it here, the family rooms are great in the centre section, they have two kigsize beds, views across the track. This time we had two rooms overlooking the track, all very good as usual, being really critical I would say that the wood furniture is starting to show a bit of wear now but only just. Restaurant is excellent, all staff are great, it’s not cheap but what is these days.

Great rooms, great meal, great breakfast, will probably visit again.

I’m not sure about the food, I have only eaten once and I’m a bit reluctant to try again. The other issue was two guys came in to change my pillows and the stink of BO left in my room took half an hour to get rid of it. Honestly, on that last point I’ve never ever smelt such bad BO. The rooms are nice as is the setting but it’s a bit isolated so if you don’t like the food your in for a drive.

Was a lovely and clean hotel however we had a few problems, on the tv the prices of the drinks are incorrect, considerably cheap so we ordered a couple of bottles only to find out when we checked out we had a very expensive room bill!



Secondly the bed sheets had a few rips in them and on of the dressing gowns had marks on it (looked like mud)



When we went to turn the heating down as it was really hot in the room it didn’t work, we told reception and they said they reset it and should work in 10-15 minutes...which it didn’t, so our 1 and only nights stay was very uncomfortableness hot!



The sauna and steam room is separate for men and women so if your planning a weekend for you and your partner bare that in mind.



Apart from that dinner was lovely and the outdoor hot tub was really nice.
