Fantastic people, my pram wheels on my double buggy were flat and they very kindly pumped them up for free and replaced the caps.If I lived closer I would definately buy my childrens bikes there with this kind of service.Thanks guys.

Bought Raleigh children's bikes on two different occasions for my daughter from Brooks. Thought the service and advice each time was excellent, and they matched an online price for me. Very pleased.

I had our Claud Butler bikes serviced, with extra work done on one of the bikes. The work done was completed to a very high standard; and the cost wasn't prohibitive. I would definitely recommend Brooks of Fleetwood - if you want
an effective and efficient buying experience!

I had my trike in to get the chain replaced and the sturmey archer regreased. They also added a new adjuster for me. I had to go back after a couple of hundred yard to get the gears readjusted, which they did. The gears started slipping again after a couple of hours and I am going to have to take my trike back again to get fixed again. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!!! This should have been right when I picked my bike up the first time. All this hassle and I am £49 out of pocket.
