Sister Robert Anne was a child of a disadvantaged Brooklyn family. After dropping out of school, Reverend Mother took pity of her and accepted her into the Little Sisters of Hoboken. She is one of the most popular sisters with the New Jersey kids she teaches as she speaks their language though we regret that a lot of that language is unsuitable for this post!

Sister Mary Hubert is the Mistress of Novices. Her position nis not unlike a drill sergeant, however, she is the first to point out that her approach is gentle but firm! She is a little 'off the wall' at times but this has been attributed to the fact that she was trampled by a camel that went berserk during the annual nativity pageant in the leper colony where she portraying one of the three wise men.
