staff are great and supportive, and work out classes are awesome would recommend it to anyone

combat,lbt and pump the ideal classes, i have lost 3 stone and gone down 4 sizes since starting these classes, great company excellent tution.

body pump the jan spruce way on a thursday night has improved my fitness level and my arms/abs/ legs are nicely toned. anyone who thinks that lifting weights willmake u look like Arney think again. its fab and the music is brilliant!!!

Sceptical about the change and the loss of some decent instructors but the instructors that have stayed have proved I had no reason to be. Workout classes are better than ever and I'm looking forward to the new timetable.

I think its a great place and the people and staff are extremely friendly.i enjoy coming here to do my workout....

First time ever in a Gym .The staff are so friendly and very understanding and patient with you .Sian was my instructor and gave fantastic advice and made me feel very at ease .Looking forward to my next visit

Brookvale certainly has the best Personal Trainers in the North West!! They simply can't do enough for their members!! This place is like my second home and iv made some good friends!! Xx

The wet rooms could do with updating and heating in there and the lockers half of them don't work.the pool could be warmer, the gym side and classes I enjoy

Really like this gym staff are very friendly it's spacious and has a good atmosphere too.

The Gym staff are quite helpful and will offer you some good advice.

This place as gone down the nick since the council took it back. Staff shortages prevents classes taking place equipment from the gym gets used for classes so you have to wait for it to be returned to the gym so you can carry on with your work out, hardly see any gym instructors in the gym needs a bloody good over hauling and modernising in every way only good thing about it is the staff are friendly very disappointed customer

The place has had a little bit of money put into it for the gym and outside but what about the indoor courts they haven't changed in 30yrs if not more and the basketball nets probably have never been changed since day one its a horrible state and if it was cleaned up and had some money spent on it you'll find more people will want to visit it it's common sense

Called to see if they offer student packages for student nurses they only did 15% discount most gyms offer 20. I would also be paying more than other gyms offer even without a student discount? dissapointed as this gym has competition with 2 other gyms in my area maybe if they offered better membership rates esp for students. They also split thier membership into 3 pool , classes , gym, or u pay more combined. I don't see point in this as thier is a council run gym in Northwich offers all 3 combined for a much lower price. Such a shame!

Please, please utilise your Facebook page more if you are closing early and at least let people know? You use it to promote your memberships so use it to update members. This would reduce calls and free up staff a little more. On the plus side the staff deserve a mention as they are always friendly.
