been going here for years and my last 3 orders have been shit now I've had enough my burger was so fucking horrible it's put me off from eating a kabab ever again. Where to Evan start the top of my bun was soggy picked it up and started falling apart my bottom bun was rock hard! My cheese didn't Evan melt Evan tho the burgers streaming hot cheese always melts it's probbley full of shit my burger was gressy I took a bite and there was little hard things in there like stones i had to add my own ketchup I've got fatty bits in my teeth I feel ill why do people love kebabs so much it's all bullshit!

Thieves, took my online order, then closed and never delivered. Abysmal service.

I have been regularly using this kebab house for 8 years now but unfortunately I shall not be using it again after this evenings events. I am not one to publicly make lousy complaints however I was so taken aback and lost for words when I calmly and politely called to voice my issues with my order and delivery. Let me tell you the story...I called to place my order and specifically requested that I get a call upon delivery and NOT a knock on the door, this has never been a problem every other time I've ordered. There are reasons why I cannot have knocking at the front door, that I certainly don't expect to have to justify to a takeaway place. Yet upon delivery there was no phone call just knocking on the front door, as I was about to find out via the barrow load of stress headed my way. The repercussions of this have a highly unpleasant impact on me. Again, not something one expects to have to explain to a takeaway place. So, I finally settle down to eat my dinner, open the chips and guess what!? They're rubbery, chewy and scolding hot=microwaved. I try to let this go and proceed to open the lamb shish I ordered. No mayo on the salad, only the meat, after I kindly asked for sauce on both. "Not to worry" I think, perhaps they were really busy this evening, I can kind of understand it, although it's sucky for sure. So I resort to using shop bought sauce=yuk. As I'm getting into it I bite into a thick chunk of lamb and, now I know lamb is perfectly edible a tad rare and I personally appreciate a little bit of pink inside, but there is a line between "slightly rare" and pinkish in the middle and actually RAW, and this (photos in comments) is beyond edible. Whilst it was charcoal'ed on the outside, the larger chunks of meat are very raw inside to the point that I couldn't stomach eating it.



The main point of the story here, sadly, is NOT the disappointing meal after a long days work with 3 hours of driving to boot, but rather the UNBELIEVABLY rude and dismissive way I was treated when I called to say I wasn't happy with my order. The lady asked me what was wrong, I explained, she then took the phone away from her mouth and I heard her telling someone exactly what I had told her, she gave the phone, presumably, to that someone who took the phone and just said "yes please", so I told him I just heard the lady tell him my issue and asked what could be done about it as I'm not happy that my food is raw...he just gave the phone back with out even talking to me. The lady came back on the phone and told me that the boss said nothing can be done to which I explained he hadn't even spoken to me, then she tried saying the owner doesn't speak English and she simply and nonchalantly said "I really can't be bothered to sit here on the phone and discuss this with you, goodbye"



I am so surprised at this behaviour from the staff there!! I can genuinely say I have absolutely no desire to ever order from them again! Brothers Kebab sorry but it's over, it's not me, it's you! �



I'd like to just add that I'm sure that not all staff at this shop are disgustingly rude, but the telephone lady and the guy were absolutely disgraceful. Such a shame! I'm sure the owner would be shocked and embarrassed at this kind of behaviour if he knew it was happening in his shop!
