Gave some helpful advice in a wheel purchase initially, then when I visited the store to ask for a new cassette to be fitted the gentleman became incredibly rude.

After practically slamming the shop door in my face when I followed him into the shop and acting like a brat I asked him what his problem was, he then told me (like a 12 year old) that he didn't appreciate giving advise on a set of wheels and me buying them elsewhere!

I then told him if it would have been a case of £20 I would have bought them from him as I like to support small bike shops, but at £80 difference my hands were tied.

What really annoyed me was that I had just introduced a friend to road cycling and he was planning to spent £2000 on a new bike at this shop on my recommendation, and I had just spent £70 on two track pumps instead of going to wiggle!

Suffice to say either my friend or I will be spending our money elsewhere from now on..

First class service,have done my bikes for 4 years. Reliable, trustworthy, and chatty customer service. Reece does a great bike fit too. Will never take my bikes anywhere else.A real local bike shop - support it!

In all the years I've been riding and using different bike shops this is buy far the worst! Customs service is rock bottom.

Dropped bike in for gear service, within 2 hours had a text to say it was ready. Guys seem extremely knowledgeable too. Very impressive and 100% would recommend!

Had my service there today fantastic service and rides like brand new.

I have to agree with the other poor reviews. I spent a great deal of money for a cycle. The one chap was nice when I was buying the bike. I was not told the service had to be done within 3 months. Within 12 months I had brake fluid leaking from the cylinder but the guy did not want to know! Had to really push him to get him to help. In the end he drained some fluid off, took him all of 4 mins. Now the fluid is leaking over the paint and stripping it back. On another occasion I went in as I needed to get more height out of the handlebars. I was willing to buy new bars or whatever was needed but the bloke was a total waste of time and really unhelpful. It seems they only want the money and are not interested afterwards. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Will never spend another penny with them.

Great shop. Friendly and professional team. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
