Today i went shopping in aldi and rang a taxi from brownhills cars it was the first time i have used them. Once the taxi arrived i started to push the trolley towards it and almost hit the taxi. I did not hit the taxi with the trolley but the taxi driver was very rude and arrogant towards me, he threatened me with a bill eventhough i am only 16 years old. once he dropped me off home i took my shopping out and politely asked him why he was so rude because eventhough i didnt hit the taxi i apologised anyway. I apologised again but he kept shaking his fat bald head at me and told me it wasnt the point. I was not horrible or rude to him it was the other was round. Also the vehicle was knackered and unsafe as it kept making rattling noises and kept on jolting back. I felt awkward and uncomfortable in the car as he looked like he was staring as me through the mirror. Also he slammed the bags down and broke my eggs. I am never getting a taxi from brownhills cars again and would advise nobody else to either. I never want to go through an experience like that again especially with that fat pig headed driver

They are always late, go to wrong address and always say they are 2 to 3 minutes away.. 15 minutes later they turn up. Totally unreliable, they are lucky they get 1 star

Very poor service, Workers are so rude I was called a rat and was refused to be given a taxi. So immature and unprofessional, personally think this business should no longer be available to the public it's not safe. SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!! SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!! SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!! Btw they was rude to my younger sister and was Arrogantly talking about our mother who sadly past last week🤧

Very poor service booked in advance return to airport picked me up late was very stressful. this has happened once before but gave them another chance. i have just been collected exactly 1hour and 40mins late from the airport. I kept calling they kept saying in the next 15 minutes he will be there. Turned into 1.40 mins as a lone female at now midnight it was very concerning. 4 times i was asked for my telephone number between booking and paying in advance and the first leg of my journey and they still got it wrong. Called the rank loads of times maybe 10 times and they were very rude on the phone saying it my fault i gave them the wrong number!! which i never! i have had this telephone number for 8 yrs? who do you think got it wrong? taxi finally comes ...well i walk half a mile down a dark rd and find the driver sat in his cat with a flat phone battery. Where is the in car charger?? He didnt help me put suitcase in the car just sat there and has spent the entire journey saying what a bad day he has had mumbling and swearing under his breath including variations of the f word. Feeling extremely disappointed, let down with this poor service. When I arrived home again he sat therr and didnt unload my bag from the boot. If you have anywhere important to go dont use this company also if u are a lone female dont book with them at night because if they leave u stranded for an hr + they will tell u its your fault and be nothing but rude to you...im appalled i could never treat a customer this way in my line of work. AVOID!!

Picked up in laws on Christmas Day very helpful and reliable. Always on time.

Really good service, left phone in taxi, these lads soon had it sorted.

avoid at all cost. have had 2 bad experiences one where the taxi driver was really rude and they both relied way to much on there Sat Nav/PDA

fist time) i had a taxi from brownhills to rawnsley and was quoted 10 pound on phone. i got in the car was asked for name of road and was told it was showing up heath hays it cant be right. luckily i know the way so showed him i was right not his PDA.

second time) had a taxi from brownhills to malt bar lichfield was quoted 12 pound on phone. got half way and was asked for directions, told him dont know has never been there before and meeting friends for diner. after driving round for 10 the mins was told to ring the bar up and ask for post code for Sat Nav only to find out we was the other side the city. got there in end and was told i had to pay extra 3 pound because it wasn't where they thought it would be plus extra driving trying find it. in the end i just gave him the money to get it over with. ohh an just has i got there 20 minuets late i missed last oder at kitcken
