We would like to introduce one of our newest team members, Jack Wenham. Jack is young, enthusiastic and an extremely talented bartender. He joined our team with basic knowledge of the job, but in a few weeks, he improved massively. In early April, he took the opportunity to participate in cocktail creation competition. His creation ‘’Lemon Deco’’, is a fantastic cocktail with a zing to it, impressed us all, and now he is on the way to the next level of the competition. We wish him a good luck and hope that ‘’Lemon Deco’’ will soon appear on Browns menu for you to enjoy. 🍸

Our cocktail of the week, Aperol Spritz anyone?

We were recommended Brown's just an hour before we visited bluewater. We decided to pay a visit as it sounded exactly what we wanted.

We weren't disappointed.

The staff were very polite and friendly, and we were seated immediately.

We had attention from the waitress straight away who brought us the regular menu, the special offer menu and the drinks menu.

My husband, friend and I all chose from the special menu. Three courses for £15.95, with an extra £1.95 for the steak we chose. A great deal!!

The food was heavenly, the seasonal soup was exceptional and presented like a five star hotel, the steak and chips was delicious, cooked to the correct preferences of all three of us, and the salted caramel chocolate pot was scrumptious.

The ONLY downside, which I feel I should mention, was the automatic addition of a 10% service charge. We asked for it to be removed and gave a smaller tip, only because we felt we didn't want to be forced to pay a certain amount.

It had no reflection on the service, which was perfect.

Highly recommend Brown's for a tasty, inexpensive meal.

Really nice, pleasant atmosphere, I had chicken and avocado salad which was delicious and very filling finished off with a nice latte. Both waitresses really sweet.

Phenomenal Sunday lunch today. So divine, we’ve just booked in for a Christmas meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary in November. �

Our daughter held her birthday bash in Browns of Bluewater recently. We were allocated an area with a few tables and stools and chairs. Service was good and lovely food was served as snacks, great idea. Staff were very helpful. A fun afternoon was had by all.

My sister in law and I come to you every year around the black Friday weekend. We visited you yesterday and our meal was fantastic. We ate from your seasonal menu. The cocktails were also amazing. We are already looking forward to coming back to you on our annual visit next year

Having not been to Browns for around 2 yrs as we didn't have a pleasant experience with breakfast (which was sorted at the time by the manager)

We were pleasantly surprised last night to the service and standard of food

My wife says the Lamb Rump was lovely and I had the Browns Burger which was superb

The only thing I don't really agree with is the service charge, should be down to the person as to whether they reward good service or not!!

Browns Bluewater is a first rate restaurant. The food is really good and the staff friendly and inviting. I would recommend anyone looking for something special to give them a try.

Amazing roast dinner and the staff managed to find us a table even though they were fully booked. Would definitely go again.

Only bad thing to say about the visit is that I was not happy that a 10% service charge was automatically added to the bill.

Popped in for a cocktail on Saturday evening, front of house was friendly, as for the rest of the staff I can not say the same, waited about 15 min (being generous) to be acknowledged & served, the bar and restaurant was not even busy. Cocktails were ok but not worth the wait!!!

Popped in for a quick meal yesterday around 6.30. The service was good as always. The food was ok. But was definitely better a couple of years ago.

Been here a few times. 7 of us having lunch on Sunday 3pm. I Ordered the Rib eye Steak. The bernaise sauce in a separate jug was stone cold. Waiting staff apologised and took it away to heat up !!!! At 1 in the morning I was in the bathroom at home being ill. Not sure if it was the sauce or the profiteroles for dessert as that is all that I ate that day.

We went as a family for an early Christmas meal yesterday (25th Nov). The food was delicious, however the service was not the best.

We expected a bit of a wait for food- it’s the weekend and the run up to Christmas so we understand a wait on food. What was poor, was the waitress service...

1) we had to ask them to take our orders, after waiting a long time for them already.

2)we had to keep asking for basic things - sugar (with coffee), spoons etc.

3) drinks that were ordered, took an age to arrive (we had to correct them too).

4) the final bill was incorrect, thankfully we were on the ball and managed to insist on the correction.



As I say, the food was delicious and plentiful but I’m not sure I’d return anytime they are busy, as service can not cope.

Told that there was a half hour wait we made reservation and sat in the bar as directed we waited 40 minutes even though there was at least 1 table for 2 available the whole time we waited over 40 minutes then had to go up and enquire about our

table. The table that had been vacant the whole of our wait was still vacant on our way out! Hostess was quite rude also

We went for a lunch on Friday to celebrate my BD with my husband. The table we sat was next to the disabled toilet and I could smell the toilet all the time. The mock tail was spot on but the food didn’t match our expectations. The white onion soup just tasted like a bunch of fresh cream. The robster risotto was apparently just mixed with sauce with pre boiled rice as it was so sticky and dry and left a ramp of rice here and there. I would not go back again...

On this occasion ..... my short timed experience was diabolical ..... the waitress was rude and ignorant..... there was no service let alone service with a smile ..... and this was as we were being seated.....we chose to leave...... however on many, many previous occasions it's always been the complete opposite ..... this young lady needs to be trained in customer service and etiquette .... sorry but I speak as I find ÔøΩ one very unhappy customer !!!!!
