We received our first order this week and weвҖҷre so impressed. Some of the items we ordered were no longer in stock so we had a very quick email offering alternatives which we agreed to as they were so similar. We also received some free gifts which were tailored to our order so they would be suitable to our puppy (tough toys for a big puppy who likes to chew lots!). Delivery was very quick. We will definitely order again, thank you!

We drove to browns to get a new harness for our puppy. The service was outstanding: the staff offered us excellent advice and talked us through options for food. We will definately be back!

We came to browns originally just to have a look around after being recommended to us for our dog supplies. We have since returned several times and have now purchased a fantastic cylinder tank. WeвҖҷve mainly dealt with Ben who has been amazing at recommending what bits we need for a healthy tank & has advised on which fish go best together. You never feel pressured to purchase anything and always feel like you are getting an honest service.

We came in recently and Ben wasnвҖҷt available but the lady we spoke to (IвҖҷm sorry I donвҖҷt know a name) was just as fantastic at advising us.

I have never left the store feeling like I have received anything but fantastic customer service and our tank is stunning. We wonвҖҷt be using any other pet store now weвҖҷve found this gem. I have recommended it to everyone I know with pets & will continue to do so. 5 stars doesnвҖҷt seem enough somehow.

Waiting for the final part of my order but that was just a stock error.

Ordered the fountain water bowls, and ice cream for my pups and they love them!

The water bowls have been a massive hit and they are drinking alot more (was previously changing water every hour)

Received a food sample and treat sample for free which have gone down well with my fussy staffie =)

The ice cream was starting to melt but considering the heat, arrived well packaged and it relatively good condition.

Will def be shopping here again!

Recently found this little gem, was given samples of your raw dog food to try an weвҖҷve been incredibly pleased with it. Have since been back today to visit your reptile area where we had the pleasure of Lucy looking after us. This young girl is a real credit to your business, she spent plenty of time helping us get all the things we needed for our bearded dragon answered all of our questions and more. She also took the time to introduce us to some of your resident snakes an reptiles to which my children thoroughly enjoyed. She was patient and very knowledgeable. This sort of customer service is hard to come by. After getting all the supplies we needed an having a few cuddles we headed round to buy a box of your raw dog food, where again we were greeted by another incredibly helpful and knowledgeable young lady, (Angel) that explained to us in more detail about the dry food option in your range, also provided us with a free sample to take away and try. On both occasions when weвҖҷve visited you weвҖҷve experienced great customer service an have been met with a wealth of knowledge also people willing to take their time to explain things to you. Keep up the good work guys, youвҖҷve gained customers for life..

Popped in there this morning with mum, first time I've been down there and I have to say how impressed we both were with the shop. The store was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and most of all the animals were immaculate. You didn't have that smelly pet smell, even in the bird bit. The animals were healthy and clean. Really impressed. Will be popping back at some point to pick some bits up for my dog.

Ordered the baby 1 Julius k9 harness and a flexi extendable lead at an amazing price! Unfortunately they didn't arrive in time to make our first puppy class but Steve was extremely apologetic and sent us some extra puppy treats. It was a pleasent surprise that we weren't expecting. Very happy owner and extremely happy puppy. I would definitely recommend and will be shopping at Brown's Pet Range again! :D

I was looking online for water fountains for our dogs and cats when I came across Browns. IвҖҷd never heard of them before (weвҖҷre in Lincolnshire), and IвҖҷm always weary of companies selling things at bargain prices, so I did a bit of research, read the excellent reviews and thought it was worth the risk. IвҖҷm so pleased I did. Placed the order on Tuesday lunchtime. Within an hour IвҖҷd received an e-mail to say my order had been despatched, followed by one from UK Mail giving me a consignment number. The parcel arrived at 9 o clock, Wednesday morning! Amazing service and, as well as saving money on the fountains, they enclosed some treats for the dogs, who were very grateful! Will definitely be ordering from this pet shop again. I was looking at getting my husky a new harness so I purchased the k9-julius and the Velcro sides to go on the harness I thought they where a spectacular addition to go with my purchase surprised that it was such a good price and was a great delivery service arrived so quick and loved that it came with free treats to try . My husky loves them thank you so much browns amazing service and fantastic products would 100% recommend to friends and family love how unique and personal my order was too with the lovely letter inside.

I travel here today with my mum after tell her about silly Saturday offers, she wanted to get a lion head rabbit but they was all so very cute she couldn't decide what one she wanted but the assistant called Angel was so very patience and informative and ended up buying a rabbit and all the accessories which was 50% off even brought dog toys which was 50% off too Will definitely be returning

I ordered to harnesses k9 for our pair to replace old ones..one of the colours was out of stock but they were waiting on delivery.they emailed and explained I could have refund if I didn't want wait a week for next delivery or I could wait and they would post out with some treats.they arrived prompt with treatпҝҪand much to my horror I had managed order wrong size.пҝҪ..i emailed them and was emailed straight back by Steve who sent me a diagram to measure mine and told me just reorder correct size and return the other for refund. Excellent service ..defineltey recommend great service and good prices..will certainly use again

I ordered a fish tank for our 2 children after searching for this tank for weeks the tank itвҖҷs self was way to expensive on other retailers sites but it was on sale at browns pet range fantastic price for what you get and they even put fish food and tap safe product in there to and the delivery was excellent fast itвҖҷs arrive in just 1 day weвҖҷre very happy with our product the people are very friendly to talk to on the phone would highly recommend this store

I ordered a Julius k9 harness over the royal wedding weekend at a great price. It was my first order as I happened to come across the company by chance. Postage was extremely fast and was overwhelmed by the free trial food, my frenchie was a very happy girl. The shopping experience felt very personal with a signed letter and it is nice to know that itвҖҷs a small family run business, I much prefer supporting small businesses. I would definitely recommend!

I made my first order recently after seeing a sale shared by a friend. I ordered the mighty mutts dog toys being a bit dubious at the statement of the toys being chew proof, WOW I'm totally blown away that they have lasted for two days with minimum damage compared to any other tough toys on the market. My American bulldog is getting the hump cos she can't chew them to pieces. They arrived promptly and with some added goodies which were greatly appreciated by both me and my dog пҝҪ I will be ordering again in the future 100%

I have seen this company on FB recently and decided to drive there and see what it was like. The lady who served me was fantastic offered some fantastic food products and explained about their food. I cant recommend Browns highly enough..Me and the husband got our first puppy this weekend and went into Brown's on Saturday morning for all the essentials, luckily for us it was 'Silly Saturday' and so ALL things dog related were half price, we got everything we needed and more for such a good price!! The staff (family run business) were so helpful and knowledgeable, gave us lots of help, info, complimentary puppy food to try and even assembled our travel carrier for us...we are going to take our puppy on a day out there once she's had her final jabs, it will be like a day in the sweet shop for her пҝҪ

Fantastic treats for our dogs who love them especially the chicken stomachs. Always a little free gift which is such a nice touch and opportunity to try other treats. Highly recommend!

CouldnвҖҷt be more helpful! Bought a puppy this morning and took her in to get ready to take home. The manager clearly has a massive passion for animals and full of really helpful advice.
