Good afternoon,
All orders placed up until midnight Saturday 28th or for set area day’s are out for delivery today. (Tuesday York, Hull Friday)
Please bare with us during this time, we currently have a 48-72hr turnaround on all orders placed. We are working as quickly as humanly possible at this current time.
... Unfortunately we don’t have the same task force as larger companies and are doing our best to ensure everyone can be supplied with our produce efficiently and effectively. All boxes are packed fresh on the morning of delivery.
Our drivers deliver up until 10pm on an evening and any that they are unable to fulfil in that time are sent out the following morning.
We will respond to all messages as soon as we can and thank you all your patience.
We appreciate it can be frustrating waiting for your order, but please be kind as we are doing everything we can in these uncertain times.
Finally, we are currently unable to facilitate exchanges on items in boxes & also custom orders, we have made the decision to stop these for now to hopefully speed up the delivery process for everyone.

Sorry we haven’t been able to reply to any messages yet, our drivers are still out. Once again they will continue up until 10pm and then any not fulfilled by then will be delivered tomorrow.
Please don’t panic you will all get your orders. Any orders placed from Friday onwards will be delivered Monday unless specified/ for a set delivery area.

Orders are out for delivery, we can’t quite believe how many we have been receiving.
We promise we are working as hard as possible to get these to all as quickly as we can. There will be a delay in responses to messages & emails as we are a small family run business with just the family still working to get through this time.

Over the last few days we have received a large number of requests for us to supply other local produce along side our fruit & vegetables.
We have spoken to a number of other local businesses, who supply the best products for what they do, these include;
... Fresh fish from pecks of Beverley
Fresh meat from w.f burtons pocklington
Fresh bread from cinnamon swirls Helmsley
Milk from chestnut dairies seaton
Among other products from our delicatessen .
These items would need to be pre-ordered with a minimum of 24hrs notice.
