What a brilliant shop! So pleased with the bed and the VERY good prices and quality but the main thing is the fantastic service. Jake is ace. Really approachable and customer focussed. The lady was busy with a customer so we browsed around at the catalogues on the beds

Carol suggested we had a look at a new bed they'd just got in store , absolutely brilliant

The services we received was lovely

We purchased the bed frame and a light up frame for � bedroom



We will be back in for a mattress

Carol explained a pay weekly system which suits as Christmas is on the way

Santa doesn't buy everything and money doesn't grow on trees



I'd say pop in if they can't help they'll say so

Just had my bed delivered fantastic service the 2 men that came was brilliant and value for money would recommend this to anyone looking for a bed ...the same bed and mattress in dreams was over a thousand pounds. ..this one just over £500 bargain

I'm really quite disappointed with the way my mum was spoke to on the phone this morning by one of the staff here. She has very recently spent £230 on a mattress as she has been having trouble with hers, however, the mattress she has purchased is much too hard and she has been in agony from it the last few days. She rang up this morning and was told that an exchange or refund was not possible if the bed had been removed from its original wrapping. The lady was in no way empathetic with her situation. Im disappointed that they didn't even try to help her. I have never come across a bed shop that doesn't give a 30 day guarantee on their beds. To assume that someone would sleep on a mattress with the plastic over the top is just outrageous. This has been a very expensive lesson to learn. I'd just like to warn others that might have been thinking about buying from this store that you only have one chance to get it right.
