A little bit about myself; My name is Pete Bruce and I have been in the sport and exercise industry for 17 years. I'm passionate about fitness and sport and I enjoy helping others to achieve their goals. I'm a level 3 Personal Trainer and I have a BTEC Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science and I have been educated in sports injuries at Degree level. I have played football for 23 years and coached football, as well as other sports.

Trained with pete for my post acl reconstruction helped me gain confidence in my knee again and felt stronger than I previously did! After coming back to football unfortunately I ruptured my other knee ligaments which I've not had sorted out yet but I've still be training with pete he will pUsh the boundaries and enhance anyone's fitness and physique and is a really decent bloke.

Pete has worked closely with our Level 3 Sport Btec students this academic year across a host of different practical units. Pete always demonstrates a great subject knowledge as well as having an infectious attitude towards fitness and health. Pete has delivered practical sessions with a strong emphasis on the theory we have been studying in the classroom and has pitched the lessons perfectly for the learners we have and the level of course being studied. All students have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and I would strongly recommend other education providers or teachers to ask Pete to assist their delivery

I'm currently being trained by Pete Bruce at elite gym, the gym is very well equipped and Pete's training is super effective if you want to see results fast, he is welcoming of anybody with any body type and he will work with you to produce them results.

I would recommend Pete for his professionalism, no judgement attitude, support and calm approach to getting you started on your journey, whatever the case may be. Any size, shape, sex and goal. I joined Elite to lose weight, get fit and get stronger. Well all I can say is I have loved every single session Pete has put me through! Honestly thought I would never need a PT and that I could just go gym, work hard and watch my diet and everything would be sweet! Truth is after just my first PT session with Pete I soon realised that i was very mistaken! His knowledge and understanding of the body and the “do’s” and “dont’s” along with different techniques helped me massive! Hey guys,

I would really recommend using Pete for any PT related services. A month ago i came to Pete after knowing him for many years. He reviewed my diet and asked how often and when i wanted to exercise and gave me a program to suit my goals which was for weight loss. A month later i have now lost 11.2 lbs thanks to his help. He was checking up on me a few times a week to offer help and advice along the way. More time to go but the future is looking good. 5 star for sure.

Having PT sessions with Pete to resolve a low back/hip pain issue. Have seen a number of health professionals in the past to no avail but working with Pete we have managed to highlight the problem and are working to fix it so I can return to running. What I like is that he's willing to listen and change the plan accordingly and also that he does his research so that the information he provides is current and evidence based ��
