Brunei Religious Officers Student Association (Brurosa)

Brunei Religious Officers Students Association (BruROSA), United KingdomBruROSA is a student-led organization that was established on the 1st of February 2015. Its purpose is to guide Bruneian Muslims students who are studying overseas to keep track and stick to their religious beliefs, especially in the United Kingdom, where the Islamic community is not widespread and the students could get exposed to things that could distract them. BruROSA conducts annual flagship events such as 'Kem Ibadah' - a camp that brings Bruneian students together, Regional Khatam Al-Quran, Unsung Heroes - where BruROSA hands out food and drinks for labourers. Recently, BruROSA held 'Outreach Tour' - where we went to different schools in Brunei to motivate the students in their higher education, reach out to them regarding their personal problems and try to resolve mental health issues. For 2019 /2020, the President is Harith Syafiq Halim and the Vice President is 'Afifah Dani. Other committee positions include General Secretary, Deputy General Secretary, Financial Secretary, Media Team, Writing Team, and Entrepreneur team.
