Update on Interlibrary loans: We will continue to try and find items for you through interlibrary loans but there maybe delays and restrictions in what we are able to supply. Books: We are unable to supply books or items that are only available in print. Journal articles/Book chapters: We may be able to supply articles and chapters that are available electronically. IMPORTANT UPDATE: In light of the national lockdown announced 23/3/2020, the Library has to close with immediate effect and until further notice. Books will continue to automatically renew indefinitely and you will not be charged fines. Library Staff will continue to answer email enquiries to library@brunel.ac.uk, and our FAQ and Chat services on the Library homepage. Our phone number, 01895 266141, may not be answered for the next day or two but we will get it up and running as soon as we can. We wish everyone well, stay at home, stay safe and save lives.

Even though most of our staff are now having to work remotely, we're trying to carry on as best we can providing you with support through this difficult period. Update: After further review, the library have updated their opening hours. We are now open 9am-9pm Monday to Sunday. However from Monday 23rd of March our customer service team will be working remotely and therefore the library is accessible but self-service only. We have lots of online resources available for you. Login to the library website with your network username and password. Search for e-books and journals via our library homepage. Also click databases A-Z to access our many databases.

No need to worry about fines or items going overdue as we have implemented automatic renewals. Also reservations and recalls has been suspended until further notice.
