Bryan Steel Cycling

The Bryan Steel Academy is a development cycling team which aims to take talented riders from the East Midlands and create a pathway into competition in the sport at a national, international, or professional level. By supporting the riders through coaching, race support, and rider development, the team aims to give each rider the best opportunity to maximise their potential. The team will be under the guidance of four-time Olympian and double Olympic medallist Bryan Steel who since his retirement has coached and shared his wealth of experience with riders of all levels and helped them to achieve their potential. Bryan's desire to work with young riders and provide them with the same opportunities that he was afforded, paired with sponsors and partners who share the same passion, will provide the team riders with the best possible opportunity to maximise their potential and allow them to progress to the next level of the sport.
