Fab pic from the recent Know and Grow workshop and the very first regionally run Dive Officer workshop held in Exeter by BSAC SouthWest Region Coach Kevin Ford, Geoff Bacon and Adrian Collier from BSAC HQ. Gerry from BexleySubAqua 982 said “I thought both courses were excellent. I found them a breath of fresh air. I'm moving forward already on the ideas I took from the Know and Grow Workshop. I'm sure our club will certainly benefit. So, really great stuff.” Weymouth & Portland Sub Aqua Club, North Dorset sub aqua club, East Cornwall Divers, Exeter BSAC, Norad Sub Aqua Club, Ilfracombe & North Devon Sub Aqua Club.

Wherever we have moved, abroad and the UK, we look for our local BSAC club. It’s not just a dive club but a local resource and place of friendship

User

Taught by a Gentleman by the name of Ron Ward, and others, at Leeds Branch 115 in 1973. Many happy memories and I am still Diving and a BS-AC member today.

My club (Cirencester Dolphin SAC BSAC1145) have been working recently with BSAC in order to "know and grow" our club. The support from HQ has been 1st rate and I cannot praise them enough.

Learned to dive with BSAC 23 Years ago ang haven't looked back since. It is a fun and friendly environment to learn and make new dive buddies

User

Joined 30 years ago, what I learned has shaped the way I have dived all these years, approximately 4000 dives and less than a handfull were "exciting" in the negative way thanks to the training of BSAC

User

It's intresting.for improve we self

I have enjoyed 19 years of great fun diving with the brilliant BSAC family

I had the pleasure of being thought by Leo Zanelli way back in 1962/3 then join No5 Mersyside Branch. I must give a great big thanks for all those people who give up their time teaching budding young & old divers. I am now writting the history of NORFED which was founded in 1957/8, So next year will be NORFEDS 60th Anniversary. This years guest speaker is the man whe started "Dolphin Watch" BSAC Photographic group. Dr. Horace Dobbs. Tickets still available for our 59th Annual Dinner Saturday 4th September

I admire the fact that 3 years ago I wouldn’t think even to be 2 meters underneath of water for one minute.

Instructors volunteers their time to help you to achieved on your own pace the things that you have the potencial to get and you didn’t even suspect that you are able to do.

The reward is the constant growing experience on the way of conquest this new fantastic underwater world; is just “awesome and amazing “ I simple fall in love with scuba diving.

I rediscovered my potential with the knowledge and safety steps that are so necessary to keep you safe.

Practice made perfection, saying this practice, practice, practice is a fundamental key.

I can not be more grateful for all the Bsac volunteer team on my way to be a good and responsible diver.

I am so happy for just trying in first place and don’t you worry is normal to be nervous and afraid your first time just go for it

Completed my Ocean Diver training just over a week ago with Carlisle and District Divers. I've loved every minute and already started Sports Diver training. Great instructors and club members. Experienced some amazing trips for dives, received excellent training, and made some great lifelong friends.

User

Been diving with BSAC for a year now. I absolutely love being part of a club receiving ongoing training to improve my diving. Qualified as Sports Diver 2 days ago, and I'm already looking for my next challenge here with BSAC. As a snorkel instructor also I am loving training and preparing our next generation of divers ready for SCUBA. Keep up the good work BSAC.
