Both tools allow organisations to create their own performance standards database (competences, competencies, national standards, organisational values etc. ) and then define sets to reflect job roles. In addition to providing individual skills profiles, both tools also provide a unique graphical report of skill profiles for teams, and departments. TALENTmining is an optional function for both tools. This provides a comprehensive search of the skills profile database to find suitable candidates with specific skills profiles, ideal if an organisation needs to re-structure of create new job roles.
