Something we filmed with Nusic.org.uk - 100% New, Notts Music and EYRE LLEW just before the close.
I'll be back in Nottingham on the 10th November if anyone wants to come along to my band, EYRE LLEW's, début album launch show at Glee Club Nottingham.
The venue has changed from Rescue Rooms. All tickets remain valid!
Ladies, Gentlemen, Bands and Musicians (Friends). It's with a heavy heart that I have to write this status to you.
BSV will be closing its doors as of this Sunday 29th October.
Due to a myriad of factors but chiefly rising running costs I can no longer afford to shoulder the burden of keeping this place open.
... This business and this city have been the centre of my world for over 5 years now and saying goodbye to both is a decision I've not taken lightly. Having said that though, new chapters are always exciting and the friendships and memories I've made with all of you will last a lifetime.
I will now focus my musical efforts on remote mixing (if you need songs mixing feel free to contact me on 07803334700) and composition work, as well as my little band Eyre Llew.
I guess there's nothing left to say but I'll be packing down the studio on Saturday 28th and if you want to have a beer and say goodbye then feel free to pop over, it would be lovely to see some old/new faces.

The perfect place for band rehearsals. Reasonable rate, good equipment and the chaps who run it are awesome!
The best recording/rehearsal studios in Nottingham. Great location, free parking, disability access, great price and awesome service. BSV is the cleanest and friendliest rehearsal space i've used with a nice seating area for meeting other musicians, writing, or just relaxing. It truly is a great place for anyone who wants to try music.

Our EP for Mrs Green: The Musical was recorded and produced by BSV. The whole process was a real pleasure, a great working environment and the personal touch and attention to detail was really impressive. The finished product was even better than we ever imagined. Can't recommend them enough!

In a nutshell: A truly brilliant, inspiring and clean place to practice your art! And Jack (BSV owner) is THE nicest dude to deal with. A very professional set up, and one of the best spaces I've encountered. A* BSV!!!
Great rehearsal space, the guys who run it catered for all our needs which included a pretty big set up. Will definitely be booking again for future shows

Great facilities. Well maintained, fully functioning equipment. Big space (we're an 11 piece outfit and we all fit comfortably in the live room) and a very affable owner/engineer in Jack.

Excellent studio and rehearsal space. Jacks a great guy and will go out of his way to accommidate you. Great value for money and great equiment. Would add that an air con unit wouldn't go amiss?! Or maybe some fans? Otherwise, top notch.
Excellent facilities. The space is very loft apartment like and is well maintained. Jack is extremely flexible and works hard to make your precious rehearsal/recording time as comfortable and productive as possible. Probably the best studio space in Nottingham.

BSV Studios is a really nice, quality and sound proofed rehearsal space in Nottingham with loads of free parking, lift for equipment and disabled access, sound proofed rooms and plenty of lighting.
So if you're a little fed up of paying money for difficult parking arrangements, next doors band practice bleed over, additional charges like backbone hire and un-lit/dark/dirty rooms then I strongly recommend this place! The best in Nottingham from what I've experienced.
