We were queuing up for nearly two hours until we got served but it was worth every second. The staff is very friendly and they are making every waffle look like some art work. The most important thing is that the all the waffles are fresh made. Well done, lads. I'll definitely come back.

We we're lucky enough to stumble across this place as we wandered around China town...soooo glad we did! It was quite early so we were lucky enough to only have to queue around half an hour.

The waffle was lovely...so light! The girls work painstakingly to ensure each and every waffle is packed full of your chosen fillings and looks amazing too!

I'd definately recommend it!

I'm sure that before long they'll be in much bigger premesis with many more staff so queueing will become less of a problem!

These guys had a well oiled machine going..

Obviously learning from past mistakes and had the fruit ready chopped and a great system going so the queue moved quickly. They even replaced my daughter's ice-cream when she dropped it on the floor.... Free of charge!!! Amazing!

The staff was very friendly and polite,the waffles were nice and tasty. Also, there are plenty of choices to create them the way you like it!I didn't have to wait a lot of time,I would definitely recommend it!

The Oreo and Nutella one is soooo good! It was packed when I went but the queue moves quickly and they still make them look just as picture perfect

Really worth the trip! We got there just as it was opening at 12.30pm and queued for about 15 minutes; time passed quickly though as you are mesmerised by them making the waffles! It moves quite fast in there once you're in and the waffles are lovely. We shared ours- it was about £6.50 but the price will vary depending on your toppings.

Post theatre visit with friends after discovering the place on Instagram. As it was 10pm there was only about 6 people in the queue so not much of a wait thankfully however the wait would be totally worth it. Absolutely awesome and delicious!! So good and would definitely return on my next London trip. Very cool and tasty!!

As a Hongkonger, I brought my friend to a HK specialty dessert shop with high expectations, and they have exceeded our expectations with patient and flexible services, and most importantly great food!



Most certainly will recommend it to everyone - the raisin and cocoa bases are real treats :)

After trying several trendy ice cream places in London, this one is hands down probably my favorite ice cream joint in all of London by far. Bubblewrap is always main staple whenever my husband in town!

Yes, often times there may be a line, but I have always found the service to be speedy and efficient( I mean these workers bust some serious tail with all the orders they've got. But, they're awesome at making sure all needs are met. Not to mention each waffle is constructed with care. They rock!) The waffles are always made fresh and the flavors of ice cream are always on point. Their seasonal flavors are especially my favorite.

The shop is small but smells amazing once inside and waiting for your waffle, the prices are good for what you get a big waffle with lots of filling of fruit or whatever you have chosen.



Will definitely return if I'm ever back in London!



If you are in the store you should 100% give the instructions board a read as it offers excellent advise on how to eat your waffle!! 😁

Waffles are lovely and light, the bubbles enable you to break of bite sized chunks while you eat your way down the cone, the ice cream/gelato was very good quality and the other ingredients you couldn't fault , the only problem was the que , we waited over an hour, the reason being the 2 guys making the cones are very precise in what they do so it takes time. It all adds to the hype though and the que itself draws the crowds wondering what's going on any why would so many people wait so long for a dessert. That's modern life I guess, well done to the owners , make your money while you can as I have no doubt there will be loads of these places copied and opening all around.

The ice cream is good, the bubblewrap nice but funny, it's a bit uncomfortable to eat on the go and pricey 7£ for 1 ice cream. The queue is the worst part, even more, when you have to queue inside the shop where it is really really warm.

Heard lots about these and finally had one yesterday after a 20min wait, queue was out the door. The actual waffle was light and tasty, as was the inside which was one scoop of ice cream, small amount of sauce and about one Oreo crumbled up. I enjoyed it, but was left a sour taste in my mouth was £6.99 for one. I just think they are over priced, nice though.

Amazing to look at, average tasting. This business is not busy, it is the employees that cause the queue outside the shop, they work at a snails pace. The concept is superb, but to make it amazing you need faster staff and ice cream that actually contains pistachios and not just flavouring.
