Buckingham Bikes

Fantastic selection of bikes and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I've purchased two mountain bikes and lots of accessories from them which I'm very satisfied with.

Firstly I will give applause to the workshop side of buckinghambikes, I don't need to use them much as I'm a hands on person but when I need it they've always got the job done quickly and efficiently. However, most of the staff seem to have some kind of superiority complex and I don't appreciate being spoken to like an idiot. I've built many bikes and my walking into your shop doesn't mean I'm inferior to you. Next time I will just order parts online elsewhere.

Popped in to get a mirror staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got really good info on a Garmin Sat Nav which when I decide will happily buy from here.

Joined cycle scheme a year ago. Buckingham bikes doesn't take a responsibility for a faulty bike which they sold to me. However arrogant young customer service think that they know everything better than you. I am very disappointed with this company.

Just walked in the other day as i couldn't loosen up my bottom bracket (on a bike bought elsewhere) and asked if they could do it. Even though they were fully booked for days (weeks?) ahead they did it there and then FOC. Excellent service, thank you!

A great cycle shop. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and they just 'do the right thing' if you have any problems. I've purchased four mountain bikes from them and they just ensure that everything works right.
They have a good selection of quality parts and clothing so all in all I don't think I could recommend them more highly.,

I'm on a 3 month cycling theatre tour performing Shakespeare every night and cycling everyday. 2 of my spokes broke yesterday and my wheel started to bend out of shape. Got a cab to Buckingham Bikes and they had me back on the road in 20 mins and fine tuned my gears as well. I managed to meet up with the rest of the company and do the show that night. Great helpful and quick service.

I collected my bike on Friday evening and enjoyed a fabulous ride down to Cirencester. The shifters and new cassette worked as smoothly as anything, and it was a real joy. Thanks to Dan and his team.
