Available from tomorrow at Buckles, locally sourced salt marsh lamb including these beautiful loin chops . T bone steaks matured for 50 days in the Himalayan salt chamber and hand made boerwors, a South African sausage made to a traditional recipe.

Ironically just in time for the cold weather (but always good) our home made pork sausage with tropical fruit. Made with pork shoulder and belly with a hint of passion fruit, mango,guava and pineapple.

Back next week due to popular demand, Buckles home made pork,garlic and sage Jumbo sausages.

Available at L.Buckle butchers this week. 48 day salt aged cote de boeuf,can be cut as steaks for the grill or barbecue and as joints for an unbeatable Sunday roast.

Two of the many goodies available this week at L . Buckle. 45 day matured sirloin steaks for the BBQ, and free range porchetta, rolled pork loin seasoned with oregano, garlic and Italian herbs.

Ladies and gentlemen,the wait is over ! From tomorrow Friday the 23rd , we will have our full selection of prime cuts of beef from the Himalayan salt chamber. These rib eye, sirloin steaks on the bone and boneless, rump steak and fillet have been maturing for 35 days to achieve maximum flavour and tenderness. Fore rib will also be available for roasting as are prime short ribs for long slow cooking. Deane, Paul and Caroline look forward to providing the finest cuts of beef for your table.
