Buckwyns Farm is a family run Livery Stables, founded in 1982 with an enjoyable and safe environment; located in the heart of rural Essex. You and your horse will love it at Buckwyns, with space for your ponies /horses to run around and have fun, and beautiful scenery to relax by after a long ride on the bridle paths that cross the farm through forest and open land.

We have a huge amount of facilities, including almost 40, generously sized stables equipped with your own personal back room for feed, groom boxes etc. . 50 acres of lush meadow land; a large indoor school; jumping paddock, tack room and more. Furthermore we are also surrounded by woodland, perfect for hacks! Additionally we and our customers have the great advantage of being only a 10 minute drive away from Ingatestone Saddlery. We have ample parking for cars and horse trailers.

John and Coral Glessing, the owners and founders of Buckwyns farm, have incredible knowledge and experience within the farming and livery industry. John and Coral live on site, so have constant access to the yard, and can regularly attend to you and your horses needs. They also have help running the stables from the grooms and other members of the family including Andrew, Neal, Clara and Eddie - feel free to say hello if you see any of them around the yard, they'll also be willing to give assistance to anyone that needs it.
