Authentic Thai street food by Masterchef contestant 2012.
I’m Sai Deethwa, this year I made it into the final 24 of Masterchef 2012.
I now trade at various markets in the west midlands selling authentic Thai food from recipes passed through my family.
My food shows that you can have fast, affordable food and not sacrifice on flavour and ingredients. I love the food that I cook and I hope you do too.
I’m available for events, festivals and occasions.

For all those people asking about deliveries, we're hoping to get back at it when the self isolation rules are relaxed. We have vulnerable people at home, so we wanted to make sure they were safe first.

We should have been half way through our usual working week and we're really missing our team and all the lovely customers that make our job great. We're blessed to be able to have some family time, but we want you all to know that next week we're having an Avengers style meeting (at a safe distance) and putting the plans in motion to get Buddha Belly into the homes of Birmingham! Our Family at @digbethdiningclub have (with a heavy heart decided to close the doors until further notice) ultimately the safety and well-being of the team and customers has come first. . The team at ddc and us are working hard to find some solutions and enable us to continue to trade. . In the mean time we would like to say how lucky we are to have been in the position that we were with such amazing people we work with and such loyal customers. We miss it already! Were are in this because we are passionate about food. We spent a whole 2 years making a loss back in 2012/13 while we found our feet. It was long unrewarding and unrelenting weeks, most would have quit. We know theres A LOT of crap out there and people jumping on the band wagon cashing in and bastardising everything that street food stands for.
