Went here last year. Loved it. Great example of Japanese gardens. Loads of inspiration. Well worth a visit

Stunning garden. Don't rush around, sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit.

User

Spent a lovely morning at Pure Land . Had an hour and a half meditation tuition with Buddha Maitreya then finished the experience off with a walk through the Japanese garden. So beautiful and tranquil. I have never seen as many crystals in the crystal garden , magical . Thank you so much

User

Our second visit yesterday. Such a beautiful, well looked after, colourful garden. It’s not very big - but take your time and sit on the seats to take it all in. Amazing koi carp to feed. Little cafe or tables outside for cup of tea. It has stepping stones and bridges which may be unsuitable for less able people.

The atmosphere is one of calm and tranquility. Birds singing and peace. Don’t miss the crystal room. Plenty parking in the field behind.

My first visit today, after hearing amazing things...so my expectations were very high! And it didn't disappoint!! The gardens are amazing, Buddha Maitreya is friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to chat to... and he's right about his very tasty scones!

Thank you for creating and sharing such a special place xx

I went today with two very dear friends and was very stressed when I got there but the gardens are so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. I laughed and I cried and I left feeling so at peace and like a weight has lifted off me, I could breathe properly again. Maitreya made us a delicious lunch and he’s lovely. We’ve already arranged to go back and see it every season

User

I visited this beautiful little sanctuary with a friend a few years ago... I can feel another visit on the horizon xxx

User

Great if you like gardens beautiful , even better if you like to hear/see Japanese teachings of a real master. He opens his house 1st Sunday of each month to small groups to teach.

User

Beautiful. A hidden gem so close to Lincoln and Newark. A must visit location if you’re in the area, especially if the sun is shining.

User

Beautiful gardens, would highly recommend a visit, we loved it

User

An amazing tranquil garden truly beautiful. The rice salad passed all expectations it was delicious and tea gorgeous. Will certainly recommend it's just a shame it's so far from where I live.

User

A very calming and peaceful place to spend a few hours relaxing. I would definitely recommend it and intend visiting again. Excellent location and we enjoyed a freshly made scone and green tea - wonderful.

User

A place where you can be at peace. A place that pulls emotions from you with its sheer beauty. I laughed. I cried. I breathed deeply and with contentment for the first time in a very long time. The energy is palpable. If you are looking for a spiritual hug, this is the place for you. I will be back soon with my two beautiful friends with whom I shared this wonderful experience today. This is a place where it feels like your very soul has been cleansed...and maybe it has.
