Budding Beginners Music School Description
I have a lifelong experience of being a musician and over 8 years experience teaching. Budding Beginners evolved from my work with life music, a wonderful service offering free music lessons to people on low incomes . Some liked me so much they asked for me to continue to teach them. . The focus on these lessons is to make music fun and centred on the individual's aspirations, dreams and musical tastes. Communication is essential to my style of teaching so chat and tea will be included in the hour. Prior to teaching I worked as a support for 15 years, so I have a lot of special needs experience. If someone has additional needs support workers are welcome to accompany if need be. Everyone is welcome to my music lessons, there are no barriers as long as you have a desire to learn to play keyboard, guitar or ukulele and an open mind you are most welcome. I prefer to teach at my house as my instruments and materials are here and I don't drive. If you want home visits I can come out but will only travel a 2 mile radius with an extra charge of £5. Thanks.
