We would like anyone with an interest in the Bude, Stratton and surrounding area of North Cornwall area to ‘like’ our page and discuss their ideas, concerns or suggestions for the community. Whether national issues, such as the cost of living crisis, the living wage, the cost of energy, the bedroom tax, education, the NHS, benefit reforms or the economy, for example. Or local issues such as council tax bills, local services and the adverse effects of government cuts, maintenance issues, local housing matters, crime etc. We are also keen to hear positive stories about those people or organisations who work tirelessly for their communities and who deserve recognition or a simple word of thanks for what they do.

Young people are often intimidated by the idea of politics or feel they have no voice so we’d love to hear their point of view and aspirations for the communities for which they will one day be responsible. Please treat the page as a meeting place for others with similar ideals in the Bude, Stratton and surrounding area.

We’re not afraid of controversy or different points of view, but ask that you keep it clean and show respect. Send us photos, local news, or anything you think might be of interest to people liking the page. We cannot promise to always make a difference, but we can say there’s a good chance that local and national Labour representatives will see the most relevant posts and comments.
