We repair and service all types of laptops at low and economic cost. WE will collect the laptop anywhere in the UK mainland FREE of CHARGE.

Contact us first to book the job. We need to know the make and model of the laptop and the nature of the fault /service you require. Pack the laptop up in suitable packing /box and we will email you over a shipping label to stick on the box. Please note we do not offer damage insurance for the courier collection so make sure you pack the laptop properly. Loss insurance in case your laptop did go missing whilst on its way to us is included though with the courier insurance scheme. Our well known acclaimed courier will handle your package with care , so please mark it FRAGILE.

Then our courier will come during weekdays /working hours to collect the laptop from your home or office /work address. We will collect your laptop FREE of charge in UK mainland for service or repair. If your not in the UK mainland /In some parts of Scotland /Isles /UK Islands /Northern Ireland, etc then please contact us for a collection cost.

We will diagnose your laptop fault FREE of charge. Please allow us upto 5 workings from delivery of your laptop. We will then let you know the exact fault and the fee for fixing it including labour /if any replacement parts are needed. If you agree you can pay over the phone using a credit /debit card plus the cost of return delivery which will be £15. All our labour rates are reasonable and we dont make money on parts like other companies. You simply pay for the labour involved and the trade cost of any replacement parts if needed for repair /service of your laptop.

If you don't wish to continue after we have told you the repair cost /etc and wish the laptop returned back to you we can arrange this for a small return delivery fee of £25 which covers the delivery cost and our admin charges.

Its as simple as that. No hassle, Book your laptop in for repair /service, we will do free collection* in the UK mainland and get the laptop back to you fixed as soon as possible. Most of our lapotp repairs /service are done usually within 5 working days.
