Howdy guys. Just to let you all know we are open as normal despite the weather. It will take more then a little bit of snow to close us. Yeehaa!!

We went in on Sunday night on the off chance as the place de ate at on the Saturday was closed. We were quite excited by the menu. There were 4 adults, the restaurant was quiet. We loved the cowboy theme. The massive t bone was cooked to perfection, the gammon would have cut with a butter knife, the burger was as double bacon cheese and was both massive and good quality meat, I personally had the massive platter, the steak was very good, the ribs fell off the bone with a fork, the chicken was really good with a little kick, the chill was smokey and everyone tried it and commented on how nice it was, the sweet potato fries I had we perfect and we also had onion rings which were both huge and tasty, in all the bill was about £80 with drinks and sauces which I thought for the quality and portion size was very well priced, the only problem I can think of is it is a 4 hour drive from where I live but if I'm ever back in the area I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

We arrived as a group of 8 hungry lads at 9pm on a Saturday and were thankful to find somewhere still serving food. We were well looked after by the staff and the food was amazing (seriously) ! I had the Cattlemans Platter (or similar name) for £19.95 and it was one of the best meals of that type I’ve ever had. We will be back next year, that’s for sure !

This was just an amazing experience, front of house certainly earns their money. Well mannered and attentative. The food was worth the wait as it was superb. Good food served as fast as possible. Thanks guys will Defoe visit again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spot on staff and food was great. Walked in and even tho they had full bookings they still got us in straight away. Food and drinks arrived quick. Good value for money. Deffo going again

Second time we have travelled down from Nottingham just for this amazing experience, the staff are brilliant, the venue is wonderful but the food is out of this world , the root beer is fabulous , ribs & burgers to die for & great value for money , can't wait until we return for round 3 , bless you buffalos , we love this place , keep up your hard work

I had the 10oz Rump and Ribs with Jack Daniels glaze.

Absolutely amazing.

My friends had Ribs and Wings, The Chicken in a bun and the Cattlemans feast.

All amazing with more selections on the specials board and I'm reliably informed that occasionally buffalo and rattlesnake are on there too.

Great restaurant with amazing food and excellent service.

The food has to be the best we have had in a long time. Generous portions cooked to perfection and the Chilli is out of this world! We were gutted we were so full we couldn't manage dessert but fellow diners reassured us the desserts were to die for!

Had a meal here with my boyfriend yesterday and wow what gorgeous food! The chicken wings starter was delicious and decent portion sizes. Definitely going to visit again! Decor is also spot on ��

First time we have eaten there and wasn't disappointed, I had the double cheeseburger and my wife had the scampi tail with sweet potato fries. Very reasonabley priced. Would recommend to friends and family but you have to ring and reserve a table or you won't get in! I think we were lucky 👍🏻

Came 3 weeks ago for my partners 40th birthday. There was just the two of us. My partner is a real meat fan which is why I chose this place whilst we were away for the weekend for his birthday. I reserved a table a few weeks before and mentioned it was for his birthday on the reservation. I was contacted by the restaurant who offered to put up a few balloons and a banner on the table which was a really nice touch. We arrived on the day for our meal and were more than impressed!! The surroundings are really relaxed and the customer service was excellent. The food was beautiful and my partner was really happy that someone finally got his steak cooked the way he liked it. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all staff who went the extra mile �

Been coming here for 4 Years now, so glad I found it!!! THE best steaks I have ever had anywhere, and never a good steak , always incredible! Example 5 star hotel last week 26 pounds for a sirloin, Buffalos rump would have blown that sirloin out of the water! Just really tender , juicy steaks!!! I can't wait to come back! (:

Came yesterday with my husband and two kids. The food we had was nice but over priced our meal came to £61.90 which was about £20 over priced for the amount of food we got. The music they had on had swearing in it which in the day with children around i think is disgraceful !! I'd actually like some of my money back not worth what we paid at all ! And not big portion sizes for the money asked

Arrived Tuesday night and shown to a table . Very quiet with only 3 tables being used . Menu looked impressive had all sorts on from frogs legs to horse meat .. we ordered steak and BBQ ribs which was the speciality . Prices were quite expensive and over £20 per head for most meals so expectation was high . Service was slow bearing in mind there were very few people in and when the meal finally came after 1 hour the steak was well done but medium rare as we had both ordered . We sent back and waited a further 25 mins and the meal arrived . We were asked if we wanted any further sauces to which we said no. The ribs were nice but basically pulled pork with no bone , the steak average and have had much better . On leaving we checked the bill as seemed expensive and found we had been charged for 2 extra sauces we didn't have so this was then deducted . Dissspointed in the service and foidcso won't be visiting again .

What a massive disappointment! I pre booked the day before telephoning the number on their website and spoke to a female stating I wanted to book for 7:30pm. I've turned up this evening half hour early to be told there was no booking, they did not even want to accommodate us apart from dumbing us at a table near the main entrance! Other than that I would have to wait an hour! They then establish the person who should have wrote it in the book was their mother! You have ruined a family evening to which we was celebrating something! Shame on you I won't be bothering to attempt to come to your restaurant ever again
