Buggy Tone Description

BuggyTone is an extremely fun outdoor postbaby workout designed specifically by an experienced and highly qualified instructor. Gina has been teaching Pre and Post Natal exercise for over 20 years. BuggyTone targets and tones the whole body, improving posture, strength, stability, and balance. Post birth its important to do the right exercises to suit each lady at different stages and to strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles. For mums with new-borns (post 8 weeks normal delivery /10 week C-section check up) to pre-school buggy age. This class is not about doing long runs. It is about conditioning the body and is suitable for all post-natal women at any stage and all fitness levels /abilities. Gina believes classes should be fun and friendly and a fantastic way to make new friends and improve health and wellbeing.
