I went for a taster session today and I loved it! Sally was really friendly and welcoming as were the other mums already on the programme. I am only 10 weeks post section so was a bit worried but low alternatives were shown for all the exercises and I felt I could work at my own pace everyone worked as high or low as they needed. My little boy did also wake during the session and I had to stop to settle him which I felt very comfortable doing so and I was even shown how to adapt the exercises so I could still join in whilst settling him back down and I wasn't made to feel rushed to get him back down. Really nice location and was lovely to excercise outdoors.

Lovely group and can't wait to join and get back fit whilst my baby is enjoying some fresh air.

I only joined recently but I'm really enjoying it so far! It's been just what I need to push me to make some much needed changes for the better. Sally is great too and the sessions are hard work but fun �

I absolutley love buggyfit!! I knew I wanted to do it since I was pregnant as the idea of taking the babies along is fab and saves stressing over childcare. I have only done 3 classes up to now but I am really enjoying it. I feel more energised after I have been and Sally is really really good and knows her stuff! I was made to feel welcome from the beginning and there is a lovely friendly feel to the class. Xx
