School holidays didn't stop this awesome mum coming to #Buggyfit. We stayed dry and her son got fresh air and time to scoot. #outdoorfitness #postnatalexercise #everyonesawinner

Looking out of the window I'm pretty relieved with the weather. Still bring a raincover to offer bubba wind protection. See you in Woodford Park at 10:15am.

The perfect mum and baby group for me- meeting like-minded people and doing exercise suitable for post C-section. And also getting me out the house whatever the weather. Thank you Claire!

So this review has only taken me 2 years to write, but just wanted to say what a great class buggyfit is. I first started going when my first son was 6 weeks old, he is now 2 and a bit and I am currently enjoying attending with my second son. I have done classes in all weathers (you work harder in the rain to make it feel worthwhile!) and I even did a few while pregnant(!). Claire makes you feel so welcome, so not only do you get a benefit of exercise (at a level that suits yourself, although she encourages you to push yourself) but also the opportunity to chat to other mums and share experiences. Today was no exception having ummed and ahed about going as it was a bit wet, I decided the alternative of staying in with a teething baby was worse - glad I did go out, body feels like it has worked and my sanity has been kept in check with the help of a good natter in the process - added bonus it didn't rain! Thank you Claire

Reasons I like buggy fit:

1) It's definitely got me fitter over the six months I've been going. This means I can eat more cake. But you can take it at your own pace.

2) It makes me get out of the house on rainy days, and it's even better in the sun.

3) The mums who attend are all really nice and there are lots of opportunities to chat

4) You only pay for the sessions you go to so it doesn't matter if you miss sessions.

5) It doesn't matter if your baby cries (as mine does regularly!). No-one minds and Claire is great at rocking them to sleep or entertaining them

My first buggy fit and I loved it!!! We had the most beautiful weather today at prospect park, everyone was lovely especially the instructor! You can take it at your own pace but I definitely feel I did an amazing workout

User

I've really enjoyed Buggyfit classes at Woodford park. Great no matter what the weather! Claire is a great instructor - keeps you motivated and makes you work to your level. So much variety to the classes - highly recommend!

I went to buggyfot lots during my maternity leave, a brilliant excuse to get out, have a great workout and a chat with other lovely mummies. Claire is lovely and will make you work hard if you’re ready but always gives plenty of options so you can go at your own pace. Thanks Claire, hopefully I’ll return in a few years with baby number 2!

User

I went to buggyfit classes with Claire after both my children and would definitely recommend it to anyone. The classes at fun and friendly and Claire adapts to any level of fitness. They are also a bargain and it is no problem if you need to miss a class as you only pay for the ones you do. I have done classes in freezing cold and boiling hot weather and loved them all! I will miss buggyfit now I am heading back to work. Thanks Claire!!

User

I loved Buggyfit with Claire, with both my children. It's a great way to get back to exercising, you go at your own pace, so you can always challenge yourself. It was also great to get out the house and chat to other mums. Claire is so brilliant at pushing you just enough and at entertaining grouchy babies! My boy got lots of cuddles when he decided to hate the buggy for a few weeks But we converted him and he happily snoozed through my last session!

Tempted to have another baby, so I can do another round of Buggyfit

User

I love it; it's outside, active, and challenging. I am earning that cake with lunges! ... And it's even more fun in the rain :)

User

I have been going for the past 6 weeks or so in Caversham. I love the work out and it is a great way to meet other mums and get bub out in the fresh air. I'm really glad I joined and I look forward to it every week :) Thanks claire

User

I did Buggyfit for 4 years with 3 children and I loved every bit! I got out of the house, got fit, made friends, and had a laugh. Claire is awesome, I highly recommend it.

User

I couldn't recommend buggy fit with Claire more. In those early days when you are trying to figure it all out, trying to find who you are again... Having buggy fit to go to, meeting other mums who have gone through similar things, but most importantly having an instructor like Claire who completely understands what you've been through is amazing. Buggy fit was such a huge part of my maternity leave, and really helped me work on getting my shape back!

User

I attended Buggyfit classes with both of my children... It really helped me lose my baby weight and get fit again, but wasn't too full on!! The babies enjoyed the fresh air, and I met lots of lovely mummy friends who I remain good friends with now... A v friendly 'teacher' too! Win win all round!! Thanks Claire!! Xx

User

Had my first class today and loved it.....even when my thighs were burning. Really good level of fitness. It's so good to be able to workout with my baby and not having to get someone to look after her and we both get out in the fresh air. Great class thank you Claire

User

Buggyfit with Claire is the highlight of my week! It's just the thing to get my son and I out of the house, rain or shine...and it's helped me shed the baby weight quickly :-) not to mention the wonderful friends I have made since joining....I highly recommend it!!!

User

Buggyfit saved my sanity! I did lots of running pre-kids and I can still remember that the first time I went after my daughter was born (3.5 years ago!) I feel like me again. I loved it then and the second time round too after my son was born last year, and I was sad to do my last class this week. Claire is great at adjusting exercises to suit your ability. I’ve done buggy fit in the glorious sunshine as well as biting wind and rain; Claire is always encouraging, bright and supportive.

User

Brilliant way for getting a bit of exercise when the kids are little, and a fab way to meet other mums and have a chat while walking around the lake! I highly recommend it!

User

After having my twins 8 months ago, I decided it was time to get fit again whilst meeting local mums...so I joined the Buggyfit class at Prospect Park. It was great! Claire is amazing and the other mums are so supportive. The class was fun and boy am i aching today...but in a good way! Will definitely be making this a weekly thing. The fresh air, great trainer, varied exercise, chats with mums and not having to leave your babies anywhere... Can't get much better than that! See you next week! xx

User

A fabulous class to get back to fitness after having a baby! Love it! Highly recommend.
