Extremely nice staff, very helpful and knowledgeable, amazing ambience and a huge selection of accessories and bears from pop culture and otherwise!

Granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her first Build a Bear experience. This was down to the lovely young man that served us, he made her feel very special on her birthday and was great fun. Accessories were all of good quality and look forward to our next shopping trip. Thank you

Never too old for build a Bear

The staff were all wonderful! There is a lot of selection when it comes to bears, outfits and accessories. It is a bit pricey but as a treat, it is brilliant. Had a fabulous time and my baby loved it! We will definitely be visiting again! :)
