Build Architecture Limited was appointed by the client Mr & Mrs Lama to proposed a design scheme to one of their properties. This “room in” loft conversion associated with some internal alterations, we managed to add one large master bedroom, guest suite/ study room and a shower room to this lovely bungalow. With the client’s vision and high standard of workmanship, we are certain this project will turn out to be another great development for their investment portfolio.

Part single and part two storey wrap-around extension. Planning approval was rewarded in November 2019 and commenced the work in January 2020. Work is going on very swiftly.

Balham, London - Mansard Roof and Roof Extension + Internal alterations (Completed in January 2020)
... Bromley, London - Side and rear ‘Wrap-around’ extension with 50 sq m in total area. (Completed in January 2020)
Beckenham, London - Japanese Sushi Bar restaurant Fit-out (Due to complete in February 2020).
Croydon, London - Single rear extension to the existing outrigger + garden canopy (completed in July 2019)
