Great little house design!!

Outline Planning Application submitted for The Rock Tavern, Stourport on Seven. Application has been made for a cottage and 5 flats within the existing pub and a further 4 cottages to the car park. It will be a lovely development!
Many old pubs are standing empty across the country and having surveyed hundreds of these lovely old buildings, it is such a shame to see them deteriorate.
Development into houses or flats is a great way to breathe new life into them when they are ...no longer viable as businesses.
So if you know of any that would be perfect for this do let me know, or if you fancy buying a pub to develop, get in touch!
