Do you mix up your squat variation? ~ I love a back squat, in fact Iβd go as far as to say itβs my favourite movement, the feeling you get when you have a decent amount of weight on the bar pushing you down is for me like no other π€πΎ ~ This being said I also know the benefits of utilising a wide range of squat variations.... ~ One of my favourite machines at the moment is the V-squat machine!
