REMINDER: We are closed for two weeks due to school Summer holidays and will be open again on Aug 14th at 7:15. This Tues 31st we will be training at my home with a little Shuriken Jutsu (Throwing weapons). Please let me know if you are wanting to join us before hand :)

Another great night tonight working from the Ten Chi Jin despite the extreme heat. Well done everyone ;)

Another awesome session working from the book of Chi (Earth) last night. Lots of Rolling and break falls (Taihenjutsu ukemi gata), plus techniques from the Keri Kihon gata using Sokuyaku - heel and horizonal kicks. Well done everyone. Next week we'll be working from the book of Jin (Human)

Thank you to everyone who made it to the first taster session of our new Cranbrook dojo. Everyone did very well considering how warm it was in there.
