Went for my cousins 18th and the food was amazing, especially the starters, we got to choose a set menu for everyone with a selection of starters, mains, popadoms and drinks, every single person loved the food and the table was great, we will all deffo be returning �

Great hospitality. 11 of us seated straight away. The restaurant has been renovated from the old Safron to a high standard. Really good ambience, quality food as always and service was on point. Was shown around the function venue which looks superb. In my opinion money has been well spent and definitely recommend.

Booked table for 19 people and even thou we were running late they kept hold of our table. Welcomed to our table by staff and from there on we were looked after by a gentleman called Zubair who gave us a 5 star service. Food was spot on and we were all looked after very well by Zubair. Definitely recommend Bukhara to anyone who's looking for a nice place to go out for meal with the family.

Hello....I booked Bukhara MCR for my son Zahir's Mehndi for 150 guests. We did a food taster session in advance, tonight it was served hot on time was fantastic quality buffet. The owner was respectful, understanding all the way through & the experience was excellent. The staff were brilliant. The cost was most reasonable. Amazing!!! Been there twice now and loved it both times. Everything about the restaurant is great... That includes decor, staff and food. Btw order the roast lamb... It is the best lamb I have ever tasted and well worth ordering in advance!

So we went for iftar buffet today, food was good as usual but price has gone up from £9.95 to £12.95, which we could accept it happily but why did you guys stopped offering fresh fruit at aftari time. This was a little disappointment, I understand you got to increase the price but please don’t drop your standard. Anyway highly recommended, loads of choices. This review is just for management to see what they are lacking and how their customers wants standards to remain as it was at least.

Our tables were in a nice spot food could be better but then a load of random people came in to the venue I think from upstairs charity collection and demanded we sit them on our tables there were loads of them and they just gate crashed our quiet family iftar 😡 The staff should have made them wait for a table not a good thing to have happened.

Great food but ruined by the terrible service. Had to ask multiple times and multiple people for a high chair even though it was booked when the reservation was made. Kept having to ask for the water before it finally arrived. Had to ask for tissues and chutneys. Then he brings 2 tiny bowls of chutneys between 22 people.

Then we ordered steak and what we received was a small piece of meat with frozen /slimy veg on the side with re-fried fries. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here!

Went for a family meal with high hopes due to being big fans of the Preston branch. All 8 of us were sadly disappointed. Firstly they sat us on a very awkward table which was for 20 people, the starters were terrible, when we called the waiter over to explain that the meat tastes like it has gone off or been in ghee he said "what do you want me to do", we sent it back and just asked for the mains. Each salan tasted the same and the naan bread tasted like it was some supermarket naan reheated and was just about warm. Two of us ordered steaks, one was asked to be made medium but it came well done, explained and got another but it still wasn't medium. If you're not steak specialists don't charge the price of a proper steak even they weren't all that. When we asked the waiter to take the mixed grill off the bill he said go speak to person at the front. Person at the front had a smile on his face asking "why did you eat it then", (when we sent it back straight away and asked for mains instead?! You need to taste it to know it's not right...) All in all very disappointed, staff were rude and need training and food needs to be prepared better. The waiters don't even know what dish they are putting in front of us, patronisingly told us it was samosa chaat when we asked when it was actually bhel puri. Do not recommend at all, Preston Bukhara has better service and food.

When we challenged the waiter about the delay he said they keep telling me five mins from the back but its not coming and just walked off. Then 20 minutes later we asked again he said i will be back but never returned. Truly poor service from the staff.



Will not be returning to this establishment.

Mango salad was just shredded mango, onion and carrot and dripping with a overly sweet mango dressing which was far too overpowering



Mains was very very disappointing. Had Chicken Karachi and Fish Karachi, both of which didn't taste very fresh and tasted as if they had been made with a ready made curry sauce. Daughter had chicken steak which was very dry and bland, accompanied by one of the strangest 'hot & spicy' sauces I have ever tasted.

Disgusting staff ! from the minute we walked in , he said his name is Abdul Hafiz, very very very rude , almost shouting at us to sit down in one of four tables while restaurant is empty, I was so surprised I told him how could you speak to customers like that !! You will be fired! He told me , oh try your best !!!!!!!!!!!!! We walked out speechless, we were actually going for a meal to discuss with them booking for our daughters engagement, they lost us for ever and all our family and friends, We are also going to make sure we spread the word in social media and paper . Because we were going out to have a nice dinner and ended up being insulted by some ignorant waiter and the rest of waiter stood there watching! We asked for the restaurant manager not there even !
