Bulldog Edition At Ace Hotel London Shoreditch Description
Helmed by James Hoffman, a World Barista Champion, and Anette
Moldvaer, a World Cup Tasters Champion, Bulldog Edition is a loving
partnership between Ace Hotel London and the small, obsessive team at
Square Mile Coffee Roasters. Square Mile's meticulously sourced,
carefully roasted, and perfectly brewed coffee is served piping hot
every day in our space beside Ace from 6: 30am-6pm every day.
We source all of our fresh and cultured dairy products from Northiam
Dairy. Located among the rolling green pastures of Northiam parish, on
the border between Kent and Sussex, Northiam Dairy utilizes
traditional farming methods to procure fresh milk, cream, yogurts,
crème fraîche, soft cheese and cultured milks from free-roaming cows.
Come along by and cup up.

Local and lovely Land Chocolate comes from down the street in Bethnal Green where chocolatier Phil Landers creates single origin and single bean bars inspired by his South and Central American #chocolate making roots.
