Bullet Coaching

🖐Bullet coaching is a coaching practice with the vision to build growth environments, in your life or your business, that deliver joy and high performance. Our approach is heavily influenced by our coaches background within the military. Bullet is a reference to this military experience. Our Mission is to coach, co create and collaborate in order to enable joy and release potential. We offer the following services: 1. 1 on 1 coach, within a private setting or a business setting, this coaching is delivered in a program of 6, 12 or 18 sessions depending on the individuals needs. As a coachee, you bring one of 2 two areas to a coaching session, either an issue you believe is preventing you from achieving your potential or, a goal you want to achieve. Either way we are passionate about the value coaching can have in your life and work. 2. Team Culture development - based on our experience as coaches and experience from leading high performance teams in the military we have developed a lightweight 8 week programme that we can deliver to teams of between 4 and 12. this programme delivers a team that has a collective vision, operating principles and ownership for success metrics.
