A small shop with an amazing variety. We have got several of our fish from there and in the past I have gotten several pet rats that have made wonderful pets. We also get the food for our snake from here and the plants for our aquarium and pond.

Been going for a few months. Got good advice explained how i needed to clean my tank.

I purchased fish from him and got them delivered! Put then in my tank and instructed me how to introduce them to the tank.

Went in and was impressed by the variation of fish but was astounded to see the staff neglecting the fish, poking them and grabbing them out the water, will never be going back. And I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Bought my fish tank from shop a while ago very friendly and helpful staff always around to help and always around for a little bit of advice :) very good polices on fish and care. Animals always look happy and clean. Have bought hamsters & fish from the shop :)

Came down today to buy tropical fish and was closed they have not updated there website on opening hours

Purchased a 270l fish tank got good advice FREE delivery to my dining room (where it lives).

Free water tests every time i go to the shop. If i get any problems always happy to help and give advice. Has never tryed to sell me something i havent needed offered cheaper alternatives!

The staff are very friendly and quite knowledgable. They gave me two tetras for free to start the proper cycle in my new tank, their selection of fish is extensive, and their prices are reasonable. Great place.

Worst pets hop in Nottingham. Every fish I've Brough from there has died within the week. Yet fish I've Brough from other supplier have been fine.
Quite often see dead fish in tanks.
Just bad.

Great little pet shop. Knowledgable staff and helpful. The shop itself is a little dingey and dark, and cramped a little, but a minor thing really. I get all my budgie supplies from here. Ieven drive 30 mins to come especially to this store as their prices are reasonable.

visited this morning with a lighting problem in my tropical aquarium , found the information given and the quality of helpfulness exceptional , certainly went above and beyond anything i have experienced before in his knowledge and understanding of my requirements, will most deffinately be visiting again,

Wonderful from the get go. I contacted initially via email as directed by the Juwel website in regards to buying a new fish tank and stand. I received a prompt response and was able to purchase my tank and arrange free delivery over the phone which suited me as I didn't have much time to pop into the store. Thanks very much for being a pleasure to deal with! Will certainly be keeping you in mind for any future upgrades for fish tanks! :)
