Combining antenatal education with breast feeding & early days support.
Jane & Louise are both NCT trained practitioners with more than 15 years experience each in delivering antenatal & postnatal education. Louise is a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist.
Classes will consist of preparation for labour, relaxation & hypnobirthing. As well as practical parenting skills new parents can learn how to baby proof their relationship.
The emphasis is fun and friendship, antenatal groups can remain friends for life and we are offering social events alongside our classes to promote support within the group.
