My name is Anna Wilk and I am a highly qualified Maternity Nurse, Doula and consultant.
I believe that through guiding new parents I equip them with skills and knowledge which helps them carry on parenting with confidence long after my work is finished.
I bring a personal passion for babies and a curiosity about life to my work. I learn something new from each of the families I work with. On-going training, study and experience means that I always have new things to offer.
As a Doula, I provide emotional and practical support to mums-to-be during pregnancy, birth and the first weeks of the baby's life. By understanding and respecting that every woman has different needs and wishes, I work with her towards creating the kind of birth experience she wants.

I provide in person services in St Albans area and in London.
