Private sessions & support focusing on any specific Anxieties are arranged to suit you. A Doula service - support for you (and your partner) in the birthing room - is available too, helping you to anchor your breathing techniques, movements and relaxation, during birth itself. This continuity of care continues with Daisy Baby classes - a beautiful combination of baby massage, yoga, soothing techniques & relaxation, and Postnatal classes focusing on core stability, balance & relaxation. Our aim is to help you approach birth and motherhood with confidence, helping you to prepare for a positive experience, in your own way.
