According to the NHS, between October and early March we don’t get enough vitamin D from sunlight because it simply isn’t strong enough 🌞as if we didn’t know that already.. ☔️⁣ ⁣ We get some vitamin D from our food - oily fish, eggs and red meat - but we’re only ever able to extract a small proportion of our needs that way. ⁣ ⁣ Basically, we need to chase the sand and sea! (With a cocktail in hand!) 🍸 Do you need telling twice? Book it! ✈️⁣... ⁣ We need more exposure to the sun. Many of us think that we are looking after our bodies because we workout regularly and for the most part eat well. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ What we fail to recognise are the strains we place on it through stress, anxiety, over-working, over-exercising, crash dieting, not breathing properly and dehydration - the list goes on as we deplete our reserves. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You can only push your body so far before it starts to break. ⁣⁣... ⁣⁣ Take the time to consider your body’s needs and what you can be doing to take better care of it. Rest. Practise deep breathing. Meditate. Pay attention to the foods that properly feed the needs of your body. Drink lots of water. Sleep more. Exercise, but from a place of love and appreciation, not guilt and pressure. Be kind to yourself. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ In order to be happy, you have to be happy with yourself. This is such a great class to attend. It’s friendly and motivated. Louise is a fabulous PT and has created a really friendly and welcoming group of ladies. She’s flexible and made it very affordable.

I’ve tried various bootcamps but feel this is the one for me. I raved about it the first session I did. It’s a nice opportunity to meet new mums too and share the parenting journey especially sleep � with them!!!

Also it’s a great work out that you feel you’ve worked hard at the end of each session. It’s run 3 times a week which also makes it very accessible xx

So after literally doing no exercise throughout pregnancy I was dreading returning to it as knew how unfit I’d become, using the no one to mind the baby excuse was no longer cutting it after hearing about a boot camp that welcomes children and babies of all ages so thought I’d have to give it a go. Brill decision as Louise makes the exercise fun yet still pushes you and even throws in some free childcare while you work out no longer dreading exercise but looking forward to it.

Nice to be with other mummy’s as well to have a gossip while your teaching your goals (if you can physically get the breathe)

My neighbour recommended Lou to me and I’m so glad she did! I’ve done 2 sessions now and I’ve really enjoyed it. Lou is really welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease, it’s a really nice group. I didn’t exercise in my pregnancy and have done anything since so it’s been a bit of a shock to my body (I’m still aching) but it feels so good to get started again. Thanks Lou! x

Louise sessions are not to be missed if you are wanting to feel a bit better about yourself post baby! Not only do you get a brilliant workout, you get to meet other mums in similar situations to you. You leave her sessions not only thinking you’ve done a great thing for your body but also that your doing a great job as a mummy! ��

Louise is great!! She’s really motivational and put me at ease after just two boot camp classes. I’ve not done any exercise since before I was pregnant and my little girl is 5 months so the thought of joining a gym or turning up at a class alone is terrifying but working out with other mums in a comfortable environment is perfect. I’m feeling the burn but really enjoying it! I can’t wait to go back next week � xx

I’ve wanted to start exercising for so long but the thought of having to find child care every time it didn’t seem worth it as my partner works away a lot! So being able to bring her along seemed perfect and it really was!

I had my first session the other week and wow! I instantly felt so welcome Louise is so lovely and really makes you feel comfortable and all the other mums were so nice, my daughter happily played for the hour so overall it was brilliant!! Will definitely be going again!

I’ve started a 12 week boot camp and personal training sessions with Louise and I couldn’t be happier!!!!! I absolutely LOVE my personal training Lou makes me feel so confident and really pushes me to do the best I can and I leave feeling on top of the world. I bring my little girl with me and if she ever niggles Lou is straight there to give her some attention and cuddles which allows me to focus on my training! The boot camps are so much fun and I genuinely feel revived when I leave! I have an end goal to achieve for my wedding on 1st September this year and I am totally confident Lou will help me achieve it!!!!

I’ve known Louise since school and she’s the most lovely person ever!!



I’ve been to boot camp after having my little lady and it’s such a great session! All the ladies and Louise are so supportive and it’s definitely a great experience with a new baby!

I also have just had my first pt session this evening and for the first time ever I really enjoyed working out! She definitely didn’t go easy on me, but she’s so encouraging and I walked out VERY HOT and SWEATY � but feeling fabulous!!

I have been training at Bumps mums and tums since September 6 weeks after having My little boy. Louise was great at easing me back into excise as I was unable to do anything while pregnant due to being high risk. I never thought I could regain my fitness however I can feel myself getting stronger each week. An I’m finally getting starting to get back to my original weight. Being able to access something like this with my son is perfect, I have signed up for a full membership. Thanks Louise ! Xxxx

I absolutely love attending Louise’s boot camp. Since I had my soon Sebastian it’s been difficult finding time to go to the gym on your own so these classes are a great idea for being a new mum. I’ve been going for a few weeks now and already my fitness has improved. Louise is really enthusiastic and a great motivational trainer. Not only does it keep my fit the group of girls that go are lovely. Seb loves it aswell he just gets to chill out in his buggy for an hour!!! I would recommend to all new mums.

Honestly... can’t recommend this girl enough I feel already after two sessions I’ve known her for years.

I’m so excited to see where I am in 12 weeks time (my holiday target) even though I’ll deffo be carrying on � I absolutely hate my mummy tummy literally can sit and cry over it every time I get dressed or even think about a swimming costume! So excited to feel more confident. �

She is so down to earth and more than just a personal trainer I feel I don’t have to be worried about my insecurity and can’t tell her what I do and don’t feel comfortable with.

Her weekly check ins make you feel she cares about you as a person and it’s not just her job! � look forward to my session every week thank you for being there for me and supporting me!

Highly recommend this class. Sign up, you will become addicted like the rest of us. It’s a great reason to get you and baby out of the house. Babies have a really good snooze and you get sweaty and hang out with lovely girls. The circuits mean you can go at your own pace and Louise gives you a boost when you need it. We have all seen an improvement in our fitness. Louise has a really positive outlook to how we see our bodies and she is a great role model for post baby Mum bod.

Currently recovering after my second bootcamp session. Ouch! After well over a year of no exercise BMT is exactly what I needed to get my bum into gear. I hate exercising, I'd much rather sit on the sofa with a brew and a packet of digestives but Lou somehow manages to make her gruelling sessions enjoyable and I feel SO much better afterwards for putting in the effort. She encourages you to push yourself to your limit but acknowledges that you know your own body and that you know when enough is enough. There is always a lovely bunch of likeminded mums in her classes to support you and make you feel welcome. We're all in the same boat so it's a really good atmosphere. Best of all, Louise is an absolute baby whisperer and kindly cuddled my whingey 4 month old whilst instructing me to do burpees/crunches/lunges...if I'm honest I think sienna found the session more enjoyable than I did :) thanks Lou, see you next week!

BMT has kick started my fitness routine after having my son. It has made getting out and doing exercise easy and hassle free! I can go without needing to arrange childcare and both Arthur and I get fresh air. It really is a no brainer.



I have always loved going to the gym and keeping fit so this class has been a bit of a life saver. The class is challenging but accessible for all levels of fitness. Louise is friendly, approachable and motivating.

As a new first time Mum who gained allot of weight during pregnancy & did not do much exercise Bumps, Mums & Tums was exactly what I needed. From my first session Louise made me feel at ease with a warm welcome to the session & let me take it at my own pace. Each week Louise has encouraged me & motivated me to push myself to work harder and it’s paying off as I’m seeing the results both on the scales & in my body shape. I really enjoy the sessions unlike other exercise classes I’ve done before, I don’t actually dread this one! I started with just one session a week & now I’m doing 3 & loving every minute. I bring my little girl with me and if she ever niggles Lou is straight there to give her some attention and cuddles which allows me to focus on my training! The boot camps are so much fun and I genuinely feel revived when I leave! I have an end goal to achieve for my wedding on 1st September this year and I am totally confident Lou will help me achieve it!!!!

I’ve known Louise since school and she’s the most lovely person ever!!



I’ve been to boot camp after having my little lady and it’s such a great session! All the ladies and Louise are so supportive and it’s definitely a great experience with a new baby!

I also have just had my first pt session this evening and for the first time ever I really enjoyed working out! She definitely didn’t go easy on me, but she’s so encouraging and I walked out VERY HOT and SWEATY � but feeling fabulous!!

I’m currently having PT sessions with Louise and cannot praise her enough for the help, support and commitment she puts into myself and our sessions. For the first time in my life I look forward to exercising. I've just started training with Louise and I love it. my workouts are tailored to my goals and needs and each session is filled with fun, laughter and great professionalism. I have been training at Bumps mums and tums since September 6 weeks after having My little boy. Louise was great at easing me back into excise as I was unable to do anything while pregnant due to being high risk. I never thought I could regain my fitness however I can feel myself getting stronger each week. An I’m finally getting starting to get back to my original weight. Being able to access something like this with my son is perfect, I have signed up for a full membership. Thanks Louise ! Xxxx

I absolutely love attending Louise’s boot camp. Since I had my soon Sebastian it’s been difficult finding time to go to the gym on your own so these classes are a great idea for being a new mum. I’ve been going for a few weeks now and already my fitness has improved. Louise is really enthusiastic and a great motivational trainer. Not only does it keep my fit the group of girls that go are lovely. Seb loves it aswell he just gets to chill out in his buggy for an hour!!! I would recommend to all new mums.

Honestly... can’t recommend this girl enough I feel already after two sessions I’ve known her for years.

I’m so excited to see where I am in 12 weeks time (my holiday target) even though I’ll deffo be carrying on � I absolutely hate my mummy tummy literally can sit and cry over it every time I get dressed or even think about a swimming costume! So excited to feel more confident. �

She is so down to earth and more than just a personal trainer I feel I don’t have to be worried about my insecurity and can’t tell her what I do and don’t feel comfortable with.

Her weekly check ins make you feel she cares about you as a person and it’s not just her job! � look forward to my session every week thank you for being there for me and supporting me!

Highly recommend this class. Sign up, you will become addicted like the rest of us. It’s a great reason to get you and baby out of the house. Babies have a really good snooze and you get sweaty and hang out with lovely girls. The circuits mean you can go at your own pace and Louise gives you a boost when you need it. We have all seen an improvement in our fitness. Louise has a really positive outlook to how we see our bodies and she is a great role model for post baby Mum bod.

Currently recovering after my second bootcamp session. Ouch! After well over a year of no exercise BMT is exactly what I needed to get my bum into gear. I hate exercising, I'd much rather sit on the sofa with a brew and a packet of digestives but Lou somehow manages to make her gruelling sessions enjoyable and I feel SO much better afterwards for putting in the effort. She encourages you to push yourself to your limit but acknowledges that you know your own body and that you know when enough is enough. There is always a lovely bunch of likeminded mums in her classes to support you and make you feel welcome. We're all in the same boat so it's a really good atmosphere. Best of all, Louise is an absolute baby whisperer and kindly cuddled my whingey 4 month old whilst instructing me to do burpees/crunches/lunges...if I'm honest I think sienna found the session more enjoyable than I did :) thanks Lou, see you next week!

BMT has kick started my fitness routine after having my son. It has made getting out and doing exercise easy and hassle free! I can go without needing to arrange childcare and both Arthur and I get fresh air. It really is a no brainer.



I have always loved going to the gym and keeping fit so this class has been a bit of a life saver. The class is challenging but accessible for all levels of fitness. Louise is friendly, approachable and motivating.

As a new first time Mum who gained allot of weight during pregnancy & did not do much exercise Bumps, Mums & Tums was exactly what I needed. From my first session Louise made me feel at ease with a warm welcome to the session & let me take it at my own pace. Each week Louise has encouraged me & motivated me to push myself to work harder and it’s paying off as I’m seeing the results both on the scales & in my body shape. I really enjoy the sessions unlike other exercise classes I’ve done before, I don’t actually dread this one! I started with just one session a week & now I’m doing 3 & loving every minute. Absolutely love this class. I did zero excersise during pregnancy so was dreading trying to get fit and back into shape. With 2 kids getting to a gym felt impossible but being able to bring them with me to this class is such a relief I can work out and be a Mum at the same time � Lou sets up a brill class and dies something different every session and is also fab with he kids. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone. I actually look forward to working out now. X
