The Monday class is full, but there are 2 spaces left on the Friday class at the YMCA... Hi I am pleased to announce that I will be running a 2nd BumpYoga class 🧘‍♀️ to accommodate my waiting list. There are still a few spaces left, so if you fancy joining one of my friendly Bumpyoga classes, please do get in touch. The summer term is about to begin. There are 6 classes and I have a couple of spaces left. Classes start Monday 4th June. So if you are keen to stretch and relax as well as meet new ‘mums to be’ then why not give bumpyoga a try. This term we’re looking at positions for labour and labour massage. If you’re not sure Bumpyoga is for you, try one class before committing, & use my spare mat, so all you’ll need is a pillow off your bed & an open mind.😃 Enjoy your summer and see lots of you on Monday. Happy Easter 🐣🐥🐣 bumpyoga girls. Hope you all had a lovely, restful Easter Weekend? The next Bumpyoga course starts on Monday 9th April, there will be 6 classes in the term ( excluding BH Monday 7th May). Look forward to seeing you all Monday.
